Mushroom snuffle toy 🍄
I had had my eye on this lovely toy for a while and it did not disappoint! My pooch absolutely loves this toy - he gets excited every time I bring it out and it keeps him adequately occupied. It’s a lovely design, great quality and so aesthetically pleasing! It arrived swiftly and packed nicely in Floof’s branded packaging.

Lambwolf mushroom treat toy
This is the second time I’ve ordered this product and it’s fantastic. The first one was a gift for someone else and this one for my new puppy. He alsolutely loves it and it keeps him out of bother…..well, most of the time

I love the new leash! Maxbone hands free in camel - a beautiful colour and so efficient! Customer service has been super generous and helpful, I returned a different item and was swiftly sent a refund.

Black harness
I bought a black harness for my lab. But, first, the sizes are smaller than usual stores. I usually buy L for my dog everywhere and it fits perfectly on him. The material and the quality were incredibly good, I really liked the product so I contacted Katie to change the size. I send it back to Katie by post and she send me an email when it arrived. Katie didn't exchange it because I took the tag off the item, which is the most logical thing to do if you have a dog that chews everything. I forgot to send the tag back and I offered to send it. Katie replied that it was not possible because the tag needs to be on and SHE ALREADY HAD SENT MY HARNESS BACK TO MY ADDRESS. I got incredible feed up about it. I never had a chance to exchange it!

Hi Fernanda, as stated on our website and in my email to you, we are happy to accept returns and exchanges if the tags are still attached. This is a fair policy which looks after our customers, and is a policy that most companies abide by. I’m sure you can understand that it would not be fair for a customer to receive a potentially used harness with its tags cut off, and your returned harness was not in re-saleable condition. It would not be fair for you to lose the harness you had paid for so we shipped it back out to you immediately free of charge as a refund or exchange was not possible with the harness returned in this condition. What a great little boutique with upscale products. I live in the states so was a bit skeptical to purchase. I reached out to them and they immediately got back to me and answered all my questions. I placed my order and it arrived with it 7-10 days. It was a great experience and I will definitely order again.
