I sent a project #ITC35308 on July 7 2025. I received the usual pitch emails, but the record didn't arrive in the expected time. I wrote ITC via email explaining the situation but got no answers. I lo... See more

I was excited to try In the Clouds out
I was excited to try In the Clouds out, as I wanted to get a few different records made. The album cover itself was folded/glued together unevenly. The print quality was good, but the paper stock was flimsy.
As for the record itself, it looked great, but the sound was not so good. It was very quiet, and the sound quality wasn't great.
I can't really enjoy listening to the record, and I guess I'll have to use a Sharpie to color in the white overlap of the misaligned cover so that I can at least frame it and display it. I was hoping to have it be a record that I listened to.
I wish this had been a better experience.
Amazing quality product
The vinyl sounds fantastic! I’m heavily impressed in the time and quality that was put into my order. Can’t wait to order more!

I received a really high quality vinyl and CD of my EP in a really quick amount of time. Thank you so much!
Quality Products and Support
This is my 2nd time ordering from this company. I've used it to aid in collections of 2 CD's so far that are otherwise unobtainable anymore or just nonexistent in CD form to add to my collection. I was worried about the guidelines beforehand on RGB and CMYK color printing and the possible outcome but upon receiving the CD, the colors were fantastic and they even sent me a 2nd CD, one with the audio and one blank when I merely was requesting a Blank alone. The storage medium for the CD's is a little iffy for long term storage but it fits my needs for the framing of the art and CD. I would 100% recommend this company for collectors and personal reasons alike.
your service is crap
your service is shit, my package has been sitting in once place for weeks and not moving, you never sent it out. I want a refund
Review
Vinyl arrived in good condition but when I played my 7 inch it has a scratch so skips on side a and also got cut on the wrong speed was meant to be a 45 not a 33 and the smell of the sleeves legit gave me a headache but the sound quality of the actual vinyl was good minus the scratch
It's pretty cool for a one off
Always a pleasure.
I've ordered a couple times from this company and every single time it's been an absolute pleasure. The sound quality is great, and it always comes with a little thank you note. Turnover takes a while, but it's always worth it.
Gave me exactly what I asked for and…
Gave me exactly what I asked for and weeks earlier than the anticipated turnaround.

Missed a few songs, but overall had a great time. Thank you INTHECLOUDS. I may buy more.😁
Greate sound and high quality printing
Greate sound and high quality printing. The only place I can find online that will create 1 customized vinyl.

This is my second review for this…
This is my second review for this company. I left a one-star review in June 2025 because they had shipped only half of an order I had placed in April, and I couldn't reach them to get them to resolve it.
However, a few weeks ago I unexpectedly received the missing item.
Kudos to them for making good on it.
terrible quality, even for a lathe cut record.
The sound quality of my records is horrible. It’s more surface noise than anything else. I know that lathe cut records are better than this. I have other lathe cut records that sound much better than this. One song on each side at 45 RPM should not be so quiet and have so much surface noise. The jacket sleeves are flimsy and the records don’t quite fit inside of them. It just wrinkles up the inner liner if you try to carefully force it in I won’t be ordering from this company ever again.
The transfer of my digital tracks on…
The transfer of my digital tracks on the vinyl press, sounds not that good and a little disappointed. A lot of the layering of instruments just gets loss. Also there is a lot of popping on the record. I burned my own CD from my files and they sound great, but the vinyl just doesn't sound near as good
Custom vinyl disappoinment
Production, shipping, and delivery took a couple weeks longer than advertised. Fidelity of the record was sub-par, with noticable clicks and scratches. Not sure they even checked their work before sending it out. Colored vinyl and custom artwork on labels and sleeve were well done.
Easy Art, Better Life
My order was so easy to place and delivered efficiently. The custom record covers are now my favorite art I've ever owned!

There was a little slow in delivery.,but you Customers service department fix that issue and deliver my order fast.
The Album Cover was Perfect. I really do love the way for cover art came. Thank you all for a wonderful Job.
meets expectations
timely, everything was well made, however the smell is not terrible and it’s hard to know where a song begins and ends but it still sounds good
Nice quality with only slight issues
The sleeves I ordered from them look great! However they are a bit stinky and not as sturdy as normal vinyl sleeves you usually get. Also it took a very long time (like 2 months) to arrive even though they had told me I would receive my sleeves two to three weeks after ordering
