After waiting 2 weeks we received the wrong item. I called and explained it was for a gift that weekend, they said they would fast track the order.
Over 3 weeks later and still no delivery. They have also refused to offer any sort of refund compensation despite the fact that this was totally their fault. They’ve said I can cancel the order or simply wait until my order shows up.
Update: contacted them to chase order. Was told it was sent to the wrong address again and now wouldn’t arrive until after the new year. 😂
I’ve cancelled my order, requested a refund and have admitted defeat as at this rate the baby will be 2 before his first birthday present arrives 😂
Customer service is fairly quick as responding but they can’t figure out which way is up so I won’t be shopping with them again

Such a great gift!
The book is beautiful. The engraving is so well done on the outside. It is a perfect football gift! My guy is going to love it. I only took a star off because the tracking on their site isn’t the best. It didn’t update to say the shipping was delayed or that it was delivered eventually. Was just nervous I wouldn’t get it before Christmas. Otherwise it’s a 5 star product!

My package was delayed at a shipping…
My package was delayed at a shipping facility for 6 days. It took myself calling the carrier to figure out what was going on and it finally delivered. However, the book looks like someone tried to bend it and it looks like crap. The box didn’t look damaged so I’m not sure where this happened.

I bought the book for my great-granddaughter. Hopefully she will like it as much as I do. The only reason I did not give it five stars was because shipping turned out to be a bit of a hassle. The book arrived ten days after its estimated date of arrival, and almost a week after I received notification that it had already cleared customs and was in the FedEx truck and on its way. In this case it wasn't too big of a deal because I ordered it in plenty of time for Christmas, but it could have been a big disappointment if I had not placed my order so early and it didn't get here in time.

Order placed on the 18th of November. Product was scheduled to be delivered by the 28th of November. As of today the product has not been delivered. Contacted Customer Service via email with no response. Online response is a run around and waste of time. ** Update the gift arrived on December 11th. And I received a response from customer service today.
