We worked with In The Bag Promotions to source, fulfil, and ship influencer kits to the US (we are UK based) with a very tight turnaround.The team was super responsive throughout, clearly had lots of experience in managing customs and shipping, and took a lot of the stress out of the process for us.
They handled everything from procurement to customs clearance, and kept things on track. Ginny in particular was super helpful—sharp, calm under pressure, and a seriously good operator.

We used Inthebag to provide gifts and name card lanyards for our customers at a user conference.
All items were fully branded to our specs and looked great.
The turn around time was pretty tight and we had to negotiate customs for delivery to us in Ireland, but everything ran smoothly and all paperwork was fine from inthebag, so no issues at all.
Looking forward to working with inthebag again.
