we bought the 12 x 24 intex

we bought the 12 x 24 ..compleat salt set up whole 9 yards...got the ground ready put 9 sheets of the blue foam board down...set up the pool..3 hr...pool got to 1/4 full...boom....leek..was a bad seam....contacted intex..2 wks later got the new liner..box did not look good..took pool down...inst new liner..its full and running....so far so good..

It sounds like you had quite the journey getting your pool up and running, and I am so sorry for the frustration that initial leak caused. Preparing a space for a pool that size is a lot of work, and having to redo the setup because of a bad seam is definitely not the experience we want for you. I am glad the second liner is holding up well despite the rough looking delivery box.

I had a complaint about one of my beds a year ago and customer service said they couldn’t do anything about it which leads me to believe you’re on your own when you purchase anything with the Intex brand

I purchased on Amazon an air mattress

I purchased on Amazon an air mattress. While using it for the first time it lost its air. I noticed that the air pump was leaking air. I called customer service, and after several delays they sent a replacement. To replacement did not fit the mattress and when I requested again, the issue is fixed they delayed it until they could say it passed the warranty.

Our son was diagnosed with ESRD and was…

Our son was diagnosed with ESRD and was having dialysis 3 times a week. He loved to swim and lakes were out of the question, so we purchased an Intel pool for a cleaner environment. We got it up and running, enjoying it daily. He was put on the transplant list and received a donor kidney in 3 days. Shortly after coming home from the hospital our pump quit. 6 months later I found my receipt and called customer service. My rep was friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated to helping me with my warranty claim. I received my new replacement pump in less than a week. I am so pleased with Intel that I will buy Intel products when this pool is done!!

Bought a new Intex Air Pump. Only worked with car plug. Intex would not replace it even after I sent pictures proving it was new.

4 person inflatable hot…

I purchased the 4 person inflatable hot tub almost 2 years ago. A couple of things went wrong with it, but customer service was so responsive and replaced both items immediately without question. I am very satisfied with the service, and I really enjoy my hot tub. It took me awhile to figure it all out, but now it works well. My only complaint is the design of the cover. It is not easy for a senior woman to lift the cover off each time. It is heavy and awkward and I just leave it halfway on the tub because there is nowhere to go with it. Other than that, I would highly recommend this product.

Products are well built and sturdy!!

Products are well built and sturdy. I've have an inflatable Hot Tub Spa for many years. There was an issue during inital purchase but Intex didn't repair it they REPLACED it.
So good my wife is wanting a pool a clarafied it MUST be an Intex one or she's not interested. Highly recommend their products and support.

Five star service

Five star service. Filed a claim on an air mattress that started to leak months after purchasing it to replace a competitors mattress that too had started to leak. The competior which I believed was the huge market company Serta beauty rest. They gave me the run around stating in the 4-12 month phase of the purchase the stress was only reimbursed at 50% the cost of mattress. And Intex had me a new mattress delivered in less than a week once I retrieved the receipt and submitted the claim. Far better service than beauty rest.

Horrible experience.

Horrible experience.. got nowhere.. I have a new hot tub sitting in my living and the motor went down. I reported it to you guys first. Your company said to call Amazon, so I did. Amazon told me to call you back.. I also fid have a claim number... so I waited for a motor to come in the mail
Nothing came in within 10 days so I called back..your company told me they didn't send it because they also needed proof it was delivered to me.. but I gave all the other information... i went back on Amazon.. and I can't find it... mind you this is the 2nd one I got from your company... you both gave me a run around & I'm also disabled.. so not a good come out on your end. Thanks for Nothing & taking my money

Customer service is very accommodating

Customer service is very good, and warranty support is excellent. I had multiple problems with the remote, which Intex gladly replaced at no cost, except a few weeks down-time, which I don't like. The inflatable cover never held air, so Intex replaced that also. Quality control has some issues and must be fixed.
The replacement filters are absurdly expensive, a complete rip-off.

Spent 2 HOURS on hold

Spent 2 HOURS on hold. When I finally got a hold of an agent, they just blamed me and blamed me and then hung up on me. These people take no accountability for the shitty products. They don’t cover anything through a warranty. They just take your money. Send you whatever product they feel like sending you and that’s it.

shoddy products

I ordered:
1. An insulated cover…which they charged me $35 to ship. They sent me: Athin tarp.
2 Ii ordered an inflatable cover…diesnt hold the air. Contacted intex numerous times, they just don’t answr the phone…ever!
