How to lose a customer
I went to Kranska Gora on January 5 and 6 with my girlfriend, on the 5th at about 2 pm we rented a whole set of ski equipment for beginners (boots, skis, poles, pants and snow jacket) for 94 Euros that we managed to use for a lesson that same day from 3 to 4 pm (1 hour) unfortunately on the 6th because of the weather the ski slopes were closed so we had to cancel the 2nd lesson agreed between 9 and 10 am, we requested a refund for the lesson without any problem, the problem came when I asked for the reimbursement of the equipment, of the 94 Euros paid, Mr. Roman (the Manager) said that for the clothes he can't reimburse me anything (which I can understand because they must be washed after each use) but for the ski equipment he can only refund me 6 Euros per person, so I offered him to buy himself a coffee or a beer with that money, I think they could make an effort to understand the situation, a refund of 12 Euros for equipment that was used for only 1 hour seems to me an excellent way to insult and lose a client. Shout out to the other workers of that place because they where genuinely gently with us.
