A life saver hosting Company

I have used Interserver for a couple of 3 years now, Their uptime and support is the best.
Today I mistakenly replace one of my website, I contact the support time on the live chat, within 10 to 15mins they were able to provide the last backup and restore the website for me,. In fact Interserve is a life saver. I have I am using both windows VPS and .net hosting package.
If you are reading this today, go ahead and purchase a any service you want, interserver will not disappoint you

Really satisfied, until...

UPDATE: @Interserver.net Again, I met ALL your technical and policy requirements, as I told you accordingly. BUT your team acted as if they didn't read my message, and repeated exactly what I have already done. Don't make the same mistake on TrustPilot that you did on the support ticket. Thank you.

Their VPS will do the job for most purpose. They have a very decent configuration for a fair price, and for this they are a good deal. I mostly used them a personal wireguard servers, and few other things.
However, if your intent is to run your own e-mail server, then you may want to look elsewhere.

I was very satisfied at first with several Slice-1 Interserver VPS, until I wanted to setup my own e-mail server on one of my machines. I asked the support to open port 25, clearly explained that this is a personal e-mail server with few incoming and outcoming e-mails, and that I will not make spam on it. How could I have done any better than that? Yet an agent answered asking me to justify again, the purpose etc... When I had just clearly provided the information already...
I got it that they simply don't want to open port 25, which is quite unfortunate when I have nothing to be reproach with my e-mail server project. I didn't insist any further and moved on to another provider.
Disappointed by the support, and how they handled my clear request for port 25.

SMTP is blocked on new orders, and requires justification as well as properly setting up forward and reverse dns to consider the request.

24 hour support

I have been a customer for over 4 years, and one of the standout features has been the around the clock support. No matter what day or time, I have always had my issues addressed in a timely manner. Sometimes the staff even go beyond the call of duty to ensure that our websites are performing at their best.

The best I've worked with.

I'm starting to move 30 of my customer's domains and cloud hosting into Interserver, because of how great they've been. The prices are INSANE (good insane) and their support is unmatched. They are not sellouts like Hostgator or A2 Hosting, they're a small business that CARES for their customers. I will never leave them as long as they continue being the best service provider I have on my portfolio.

Dennis is the smartest datacenter technician I've worked with

Dennis N. is the best datacenter worker I've ever been in contact with. We were performing a drive swap and some issues came up, I couldn't figure out how to deal with them. I immediately called tech support and they got me in contact with Dennis. Dennis worked for hours on end caching the new drive UUIDS and stuff, all free-of-charge for us!!! Dennis definitely deserves a raise, he's a software genius and knows what he's doing. Thank you for helping us out

I am a fairly new customer of InterServer.net, I have 4 machines with them (2 NY, 1 TX, 1 CA), and being new to them I have several speed bumps along the way.

I have to say, EVERYtime I have opened a ticket with them for support (and it's like 6 of them so far), they have been absolutely the best. They are patient (with the uneducated...me), kind, understanding and VERY, VERY, VERY knowledgeable about their services, how they work, and have been spot on with their answers and help.

They sold me a faulty server

They sold me a faulty server. First, they sent me a password, but the authorization was certificate-based. Then it turned out that instead of the operating system specified in the order, they installed a different one. Later, I discovered that the server goes offline several times a day. Every support ticket takes at least 24–48 hours to get a response. After 10 days, they offered to replace the disks. I can’t use the server and have to reinstall all the software. Terrible technical support.

The problem solved.

I have been building websites since…

I have been building websites since 2017 and I've tried many of the popular hosting platforms. GD, NC, FH etc None of them come close. I am writing this review after having just received fantastic and prompt support on an issue I had while trying to transfer one of my domains from a different registrar to IS. I've been using IS for 5 years now and its been bliss. From affordable pricing, to incredibly responsive support. I dont even know how they do it but I love it!! Please never change.
