Having sold our house I needed to organise the cancellation of our Broadband Internet. This was done quickly and cheerfully over the phone- and no long wait time! We have been Internode customers for many years and have always been impressed with their professional and friendly staff, and their excellent technical service.

For our family broadband and mobile services we’ve been with Internode for years. They have good prices, great service, and reliable follow up. I’ve always found the Customer Service Team polite and helpful. The call back service is also excellent.

On a few occasions I've had user error or needed to change my details, Internode Customer service reps were the best. Super easy to contact, knew my problem and how to solve it immediately. Speed, pricing and reliability is all there. Can't recommend them as an internet provider enough.

After my internet stopped working I called internode and was able to talk to someone within a minute or two. I’ve been with internode for over 5 years now and I think this is only the second time I’ve had to call. The tech was able to quickly diagnose a problem with the NBN and made a timely appointment for an NBN tech to attend my house. He found a problem at the street location and got it fixed within an hour of attending. I’ve always found internodes service to be exceptional. Really friendly people who are keen to help should problems arise which thankfully is not often. Peace of mind knowing they are always there in the background if you need them.

Great competent local support.
Internode support was busy but immediately offered a call back with a time line. I received the call back from a competent technician who checked my service and gave me advise of steps to resolve wifi issues in the future. It is a pleasure to deal with internode. After 30 years with Telstra I am so glad I made the change.

Phone service was excellent. Most things able to be sorted by email which is also excellent and timely
Internode staff seem unable or unwilling to supply me with functional internet.
Internode staff seem unable or unwilling to solve my internet drop out problems. They even go so far as to simply tell me it’s fixed and close the ticket, washing their hands of my problem, but happily charging me for a service that isn’t being provided.

Best Internet and mobile phone provider for 25 years
I have been a client of Internode for more than 25 years for both Internet and mobile services. During that time, I have progressed from dialup, to ADSL and now with NBN. With each change, Internode has assisted me with setting up the changes smoothly and quickly. Their support staff are highly experienced and very obliging and have worked through any issues/requests I have ever had. They keep me informed of the best plans available to suit my needs. Their networks and staff are reliable and I would not hesitate in recommending their services to other prospectus clients.
Consistently superb, prompt technical support
Connected easily and promptly to a Technical Support person. They were cheerful, locaklAustralian who listened carefully then solved the problem in a few minutes. I find Internode support are the best I have ever encountered on line.
The depth of technical knowledge is top notch e.g. In completely setting up the router across all settings via help call.
Their liaison and my appointment updates were 1st class on a fault they manged out to NBN resolution.

I've been with Internode for 17 years, no longer
I've been with Internode for 17 years. I stayed with them even though they were more expensive than other providers. They had excellent tech support and the founder Simon Hackett was a strong defender against internet censorship.
Over the past few years (after taken over by TPG it seems) their service has gone down.
We have been without any reliable service for nearly a month. I recognise it's and NBN fault. What I would have expected is after the first week an interim SIM service would have been sent out. It wasn't until the third week a shocked support staff woman, who said one should have been sent, organised one.
They sent me just the card with a bland letter telling my I had accepted ludicrous conditions and limitations.
After 17 years of loyalty this is how they get me up and running. It shows nothing but contempt for long term customers.
