Really simple process for ordering ink - by printer make and model. Some great prices too. Fast delivery service. Very easy.

Internet Ink service never alters. Been buying from them for many years never a problem. Quality of all the cartridge types I have used have been excellent, second to none (and I have tried others). Always value for money. Fast and free delivery is brilliant - not their fault that I only get 2 or 3 deliveries a week! Yes, I recommend this company to everybody.

Very easy to find the correct cartridges by searching on the printer model. Ordering process was easy. Order acknowledged immediately and invoice received within seconds of completing the order. I have always found the compatible cartridges excellent for my Epson printer.

Excellent company. Never had any issue with their compatible inks and toner. Good prices, and very fast service. Have recommended them to friends, which I rarely do as few companies can be trusted enough not to let me down, and I know they now regularly use Internet-ink. Also website is good and easy to find your own printer model amongst the huge number of different models. Also good choice of mixed packs, multiple packs, singles etc.

Customer service.
I could not find my correct ink (my fault totally). I emailed Friday and got a reply from Jenny promptly saying she could not find my printer. I had given her the wrong model number!
She asked for photos to help find it. As soon as she got the details she emailed me back with a link to the correct page and an immediate offer to refund the wrong ink I had already ordered.

By the way, the ink from this company is great and the cartridges work well.

Reliable, quick delivery and great toner. However I am unsure how to re-cycle toner cartridges-few instructions or indications that it is an issue on the website. Surely re-cycling should be central to such a business.

I have been using Internet Ink for more than 30 years and found them very useful with every printer I've had. They really shined when the manufacturer of my printer wanted me to 'update' the firmware. Internet Ink was able to alert me to the fact they were trying to tie me in to only using their (extortionately expensive) propitiatory inks. Since then, other voices have spoken up, so most of us are watching out for that now.

I have had a lot of cartridges from Internet Ink never had a bad one. good colour match.
