Mailed them back then got sent another bike of same brand... And you won't believe it but the same poor quality now i got 2 of em bikes which are worthless... Never buying again here

I bought an Amigo E-Bike in late 2022 from Giga-Bikes. Giga-Bikes was owned by the same BV as Internet-bikes. Since Bankrupt new owner has similar name and owns both. Customer service was always providing quick responses until I emailed that my ebike in 2023 developed an "Error 8" code on the display and stopped working. Customer service we quick to respond "Certain obligations of the old BV, such as warranty in this case, are thereby taken over by the receiver. However, the liquidator does not have the resources to resolve this, as huge numbers of creditors such as the tax authorities and suppliers are first in the pecking order for the remaining funds."
It was made clear than any inspection and repairs would be charged for.
Despite still trading as Giga-Bikes & Internet Bikes the former BV of "TOM Retail BV" declaring Bankruptcy their new owner is now "THOM SALES BV" a suspiciously similar BV, I have a €1499 bike useless and no warranty being honored by this company Giga- Bikes, again same owner at Internet-Bikes. Buyer beware!

I ordered things 3 times. First they send uncompleted order without informing me about changes, but the delivery never arrived to pickup store. They returned my money without communicating it.
The second time I decided to give another try, but after over one week of waiting asked about the status, then they didn't have it in the system. But responded with a cooky dutch joke " 3x is scheepsrecht ;-)"
Decided to give it the last try, but the third time hasn't been different.
I lost lots of time with this company.
I do not recommend it.

Worst quality and return policy ever!
Received a bike with a bad part and after ten emails with pictures and all with customer service and constantly being told it was my fault from damage during assembly, I resulted in paying a local bike shop to repair it. Worse return policy ever... Out of pocket cost to ship back and you are asked to assemble as shipped, including wrapping all the metal parts seperately do they don't touch.... All this after you have already assembled the bike and taken everything out. And even if, it's only for them to confirm if it's covered by the warranty which given their ten emails, they ensure in advance it won't be and it will be considered your damage during assembly. Don't do it, even if the same bike costs less here, just read how many reviews of people have said the same, wish I had read these before too!!!

Popal: i bought a bike less than a year ago
i bought a bike less than a year ago: a Popal of 350 eur, I paid a lot for montage and shipping on top of the bike's price and the bike is already a wreck! Rust everywhere, scratches in the painted parts of the frame from just a regular use, actually used only a few times and the bike was always indoor! You touch it and you get a scratch! Poor quality of the paint. Rare light already broken (the button to switch off and on) The tires are constantly flat-ish, a bike shop confirmed that it's the poor quality of the tires and inside tires, so it does not matter how many times per week i pump them, this is very unsafe because the tires have little grip on the asphalt! Customer service already informed that rust is normal! After 10 months? for a bike? and ignored every other point of my complaint! Do Not Buy a Popal bike, the lowest quality for a high price! This shop and the customer service so far have been useless and a bit insulting, if they state that it's normal that such a bike has rust after 10 months....I hope they will make it up, otherwise the only way is a legal action against them

Read carefully before buying
I should have read the reviews here before purchasing a bike from them.
They do clearcly state that the bike will come NOT assembled. (assembly is 40 some euros exta)
I decided to assemble it myself.
Noticed that both wheels were warped and one bearing had some play.
I sent them an email telling them about the issue.
They advised me to tune the spokes in order to true the wheels and the warp should go away.
Its the first time EVER I hear a brand new wheel coming out the factory has to be trued by the customer. (i know there is little adjustment that have to be made but that is AFTER riding the bike a couple times)
And was told the play was due to the missassembly. (the bike was assembled by my dad who rides professional bikes for more than 25 years)
So I asked my dad to take it to his bike shop to follow the vendor's directives.
The technician tried all his best BUT he confirmed that the wheels were both warped, the bearing did have a play and on top of that, one wheel had a hop.
Have informed the vendor. They are agreeing to take back the bike but I would have to pay shipping upfront.
Had to email them and send them a few videos for them to come to that conclusion.
Very disappointed by the ordeal.
Paid a technician to check the bike and confirm the product was defective.
Customer service not very understanding of the situation.
I dont recommend ANYONE buying from them.
Only thing positive is the bike looks good. Cant say the same about the quality control and the customer service.
I guess its fine if you dont run into issues. (so good luck if you decide to buy from them)

Pay sending, and return cost i need to pay as well, wich is on all other sites free.
Get my order half gemonteerd, even i pay 42 euro for it! So basically i need to pay somebody else to finish montage, as it is not useful as it is delivered. Delivered in very thiny type box so they explain that is how they can montage bike so it can fit box?! Why dont use properly size box and montage is complete, bcouse it is paid 40 wuro for it. Some scratches on bike as well. Definitely give it back, even i have to pay return cost!

I bought a bike from their website, it arrived very fast, in less than a week. Then there was a problem with the front wheel, I have decided to return it and the assistant service was very kind. They answered clearly and fast to my demande of return. But then I changed my idea, because my dad helped me to fix the problem with the front wheel( it was just an ajustement issue). Thus, if you love bikes and DIY bike mounting, then buy a bike from this website. The price is way better than traditional shops and their team is professional and fast.

Received my military green Maui cycle
Received my military green Maui cycle, super fast shipping, paid for assembly so it took me about 15 minutes to turn the bars and put the pedals on, chain was off which surprised me as it can be fiddly to get back on a derailer and adjust to the right gear, but again not a problem, really looks close to a ww2 American military Electra cruiser, very recommended, many thanks

I ordered a console table to the UK and made an error with my measurements. During the processing of the return I received excellent customer service. Emails were responded to promptly and they did everything possible to help me send a large item internationally.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
I decided to order a bike from Internet Bikes for my daughters Birthday, the bike cost me over £100. When getting my second email I noticed that the email was in another language from a company called Toms. I emailed the company asking if the bike was been delivered to my address and how long the bike would take to be delivered, apparently my bike was been delivered to Jumbo Boschdijk in Eindhoven, when checking out I’m pretty sure I didn’t click for it to be delivered to there when I live in Yorkshire (England) I asked for a refund, but they said they will credit my account and I have to order again and put my address? I ask for a refund, they said it was my fault but as I’ve already said I ordered it to MY address. I then asked for another refund which I stated I was entitled to. Long and short of it the emails are currently going back and forth with me asking for a refund and then telling me there crediting my account. Pretty awful service, would highly recommend not ordering from here and looking at the past reviews it seems I’m not the only person who has had problems with this company. As I’m writing this review they have now emailed me back in response to my last email saying I do not want my account credited and that I want the money back to my card. They have replayed “yes we shall do that” after numerous emails been sent back and forth, I have asked how long my refund will take & im waiting for a reply. Let’s hope I get my refund.
