Excellence in medicine
I was diagnosed in April 2021 with myelodysplastic syndrome in Bucharest.
I then had the chance to get a consultation for a second opinion at the San Raffaele hospital with Dr. Peccatori who quickly found me an unrelated donor in the International Registry of Marrow Donors and they did me a stem cell transplant. Everything went very well and already only 5 months after the transplant I was skiing on top of the mountains.
I had a wonderful reception at the San Raffaele hospital, from the moment of the appointment through the international patient department and then throughout the hospitalization I was treated with attention and empathy by all the doctors, nurses and all the auxiliary staff.
I am still under observation and periodically go to Milan for medical check-ups.
I am grateful to the wonderful doctor Peccatori and his team, they gave me so much confidence that I will go through this experience well!

I had a visit to a dermatologist ,Dr. Crupi, in Casa di Cura La Madonnina clinic.The doctor prescribed a drug with heavy side effects, without additional test and allergic exams.When I asked the second opinion, neither another specialist nor a GP doctor confirmed the prescribed treatment plan.
