Poor onboarding experience and customer support
I liked the product and planned to use it in one of backoffice applications. However I faced an issue for which I could not find a solution in the documentation. And here it started to be weird:
- There is no chat on the website. I went to my free account client area and texted my question in the chat there. It was on Friday. Bot replied to me and assured that someone will come back to me ASAP. Today is Wednesday - no one came back despite reminders.
I went to their Twitter - they do not accept direct messages there, so it was useless
- I requested demo on the website, booked a time slot 9 pm my time, but one hour before the call I got this message in calendar "meeting declined" message: "Hello, we are currently pausing demos as we revisit our pricing and packaging. Thank you for your understanding."
Now I am afraid to imagine how regular support looks like there, if even for prospective clients it's way below any negative expectations...
