Falta mi giro postal, continúe pidiendo más documentos, envié una carta con mi giro postal y lo certifiqué para enviarlo lo antes posible a su oficina. Nunca se apoderaron de mí. Tuve que llamarlos cuatro veces. Los representantes de servicio al cliente son muy groseros. Hablan sobre usted, le cuelgan, incluso los supervisores le cuelgan, le sugiero encarecidamente que no use esta empresa en absoluto y me pondré en contacto con el Better Business Bureau y presentaré una queja.

My money order is missing the continue to ask for more documents, I sent in a letter with my money order and had it certified to get it as soon as possible to their office. They never got a hold of me. I had to call them four times. Customer service representatives are very rude. They talk over you hang up on you even the supervisors hang up on you, I would highly suggest not using this company at all and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and filing a complaint

Worst company to work they dont protect you as a customer. Don't sent money with them if you don't want to lose the money you are sending. they don't take responsablilty for the money you sent if a mistake is make or transfer and they don't honor the 30 min window to cancel and got refund.

Sending money through Intermex has been a pretty easy and straightforward process for my family and I. We've never had an issue and the money has been received without any problems as well. Registering is what takes just a bit of time since they have to verify your identy but it's understandable. There's a fee that adds up with the more money you put in so that's kind of a bummer but again, understandable. I've recommended Intermex to other family and friends so I'd recommend to others.
