Tahlia 2m TV Entertainment Unit - Walnut

Online shop was simply, easy and quick to checkout. My entertainment unit arrived timely, I’m happy with the quality, the photos were accurate and there weren’t any defects or damage. I’m happy with this website.

Bought an entertainment unit based on…

Bought an entertainment unit based on the schematic diagram on the website with the dimensions. When they finally delivered a month later, the item was clearly too long. It was 3m - never going to fit in an apartment elevator. The courier told me that he can easily return it to the warehouse and I can contact the company for a refund. That was about 2 weeks ago. I followed up regarding the refund. They emailed saying they still haven't received the item back in the warehouse..... I mean, shat the hell? They won't issue the refund until it does. How is this my fault when the driver said he would return it? I should receive the refund and they sort it out with the courier company?!?

Poor customer service

We bought a solid wood dining table for $1300. Less than 2 years later and part of the wood on the table top is lifting creating a ridge. We purchased from Interior secrets thinking it was good quality, it is not! And customer services says "out of warranty, you must be disappointed, hope you can see our position". No explanation, no solution offered. Won't be purchasing from here again and would not recommend.

Table covered in black spray paint

Elm table arrived covered in black spray paint. Customer service team didn’t know why this was done but stated it was not a defect. So the return fees were outrageous. Do not waste your money!

Gaslighting Customer Service

Customer service will run you around for an hour swapping between text, email, links to online forms, and a phone system that hangs up if you can't enter a staff member's name.
Then they tell you the faulty item you collected isn't included in their "Returns Policy" - as if doing the right thing by a customer is now no longer reasonable 'policy'! Stay away unless you want an expensive mistake on your hands.
