Judy at Radbrook Green surgery was very knowledgeable and supportive, the procedure was carried out very quickly and professionally and her gentle touch meant I didn't suffer my usual ear discomfort afterwards. Best microsuction treatment I've had in over 10 years. Thank you Judy. 100% recommended!

Made an appointment at the Warrington…
Made an appointment at the Warrington surgery online which was promptly acknowledged.
Received a follow up call to request basic medical information.
Attended Warrington surgery where Josh asked basic medical questions and fully explained the procedure for ear wax micro suction.
My left ear took approximately 2 minutes and wax was fully removed.
My right ear took a little longer ( my problem ear) wax again was fully removed.
No pain, no residues left in either ear, instantaneous results.
Fully recommended.

My appointment today with Josh went really well. It’s the first time I have had ear wax removed and following a week of ear drops to soften the wax - the procedure was pain free and Josh was very reassuring. It’s amazing now to have my hearing back as my left hear was dead!! Thank you Josh 👍🏽
