Without any reason, we got 3 weeks notice that our account is being closed.
We have a real business. Outstanding invoices with this IBAN attached and account registered with the authorities, which is not easily changed. This is crazy unprofessional.

Our experience was TERRIBLE. A bunch of amateurs, demanding the world from you and delaying and delaying for months with idiotic "excuse us for the delays" messages every week. For what? for the unique privilege of them handling our money? Are you serious? Our company has been around longer than they have and will be around long after they bite the dust!! NEVER AGAIN. BIG MISTAKE attempting to do business with these clowns! NEVER AGAIN!! TOO BAD you dont have ZERO STARS or MINUS, because this is what they deserve!!

I was onboarded and transacting in less than 48 hours. UX is great and the app is simple, but I like that given that most other banking apps are a mess.
Service is good, fees are terrible
Service is well designed and customer service is excellent, however, their monthly account fee is not as advertised. My business - a marketing agency that works primarily with ecommerce startup brands in non-controversial industries - was considered "high risk".
This was absurd, I do not operate in 'sin industries' or crypto, but I was limited with business banking options because my company is domiciled in an EU country where Wise and Revolut are not available.
This saw the Intergiro advertised price at the time of around 10 euros a month turn into 30 euros a month, which is enterprise pricing for a small business.
I then get an email last week explaining the monthly fee is to increase over 3x to 99 euros a month by middle of June. Not even 30 days notice, which makes it even more of a joke.
This is unacceptable first because I only joined Intergiro barely three months ago; second because it is such an extreme price rise at some 20x above inflation; thirdly because there is a lack of transparency on fees and no stability - when is the next price hike, in another 3 months?
I would recommend small businesses who cannot open local business bank accounts nor a business account with the major online only banks, choose Airwallex or Currenxie instead.
That is precisely what I have done.
Very similar service with fees more grounded on planet Earth and comparable to major players like Wise Business.
There are many other financial business solutions in a scenario where your business cannot access local banking services, such as Jeeves corporate cards, and WorldFirst receiving accounts.
The Intergiro business model seems to be: 1. Invent a reason to charge you above the advertised fees 2. Swiftly make hyper-aggressive fee increases in a false assumption you have no other banking options.
They claim the increase in fees: "is necessary to maintain the quality of our services and support our increased operational costs to accommodate a wide variety of industries & customers".
Perhaps this review will be the wake up call the team needs, because their current pricing strategy is not sustainable, or otherwise nor is their business model.

I would like to thank Karen for her support in solving a technical problem with a payment. In principle, Intergiro corrects me for this: problems are solved quickly and kindly. It says more about the service than any advertisement.
I also like that in support, communication is scripted, but personal. And I'm sure that the support person read what I wrote and answered exactly my questions, and not copy-pasted the answer by keywords without paying attention to the question.
A bank that is ready for the future.
A bank that is up to date and does not ban crypto transactions, but rather welcomes these customers. This, of course, after a very thorough analysis of the potential customers. Unique in its kind, but a bank where everyone who does business correctly feels welcome. Hopefully they will get many more customers who are currently not welcome or satisfied with their traditional bank.
