Support has fallen off a cliff since the only person who would help us left. The staff are arrogant and don’t seem to know what they are doing, terrible company who have made me miss our old provider, didn’t think you could get much worse :(
The people who work here are rude and petty.
We have used Intercity to look after our mobile contract for the last 4 years and they have been fantastic. Getting us great deals on contracts and the customer support is fantastic. As a smaller organisation we currently would not consider going back to dealing with the big network providers directly as they just don't care.
Awful organisation, their customer service is diabolical, it takes months to get a response and have to chase and chase for a reply. Be careful when you try and terminate the agreement they are not clear and transparent.

Intercity communications customer service is diabolical. Cannot get a return call to even complain. It feels as if all the service staff are working from home. It is not helping their business one bit!

We have used Intercity Technology for several years as our telephony service provider, and we will not be renewing their contract. They are expensive, their product Touch Technology is of poor quality, it constantly goes wrong, and yet their support team are good at patching the service together so that there is not a complete failure. In this way we cannot confidently break the contract.
We are a small company, I am convinced that we were miss-sold Touch Technology at the beginning, the product is of poor quality, and I cannot recommend Intercity Technology at all.
