I just won R1000 bonus with R100 i invested and lost my R100 with a smile because it was fairly deserved

And while playing at about 21.6x(with still R1200 on my bonus) it gets forfeited.

This makes a customer think the Bonus is a Bonus when you win small.

Hollywoodbet or supersport bets never ever toke any bonus i won no matter the amount, these platforms make it simple and don't have or don't eliminate customers bonus money without cause or rights reserved.

Would never use them again. So deposited money for the deposit match bonus. Managed to do the impossible and wagered 30x the amount deposited. So for the R2000 I had to wager R60 000. I had R1400 after that. I prompted their chatbot to withdraw the winnings. Gave me the response that the remaining amount after the wager will be converted 11PM.

11PM they took my R1400 and after asking why it was not converted, they respond with "an additional R2000 was further deducted thus no payout"

I have screenshots proving the mis information attached, and Michelle assisting in the chat just completely denies the bot gave false information because you actually need to wager 31x the amount.

Absolute shocking customer care. Everything good until you make a withdrawal. Live chat can’t do anything only tell you account being reviewed while emaIls be ignored. Gambling commission need to investigate quick.

Once again Interbet have done it again, The site plays true, Everything is above board. Withdrawals are fast.
Even though I am about R8k down for the month, They are still my go to site. Love them!
