Had a small problem with my account. After a 30-40mins call, Ethan Scott was a great help. Didn't have to wait long on hold at all. And took me through a step by step guideline which was extremely helpful. 10/10

I had to call earlier today regarding access to my online account. I spoke to Julian who was incredibly helpful, patient and friendly

This is the third review I have made about this awful organisation

They keep sending me requests for payment by email and when I write a review I get a response On trust pilot that I get in touch with them

Three times now I have made a Subject Access Request and each time it has been ignored despite the legal requirement to respond

Three times I have asked them to provide some evidence that I have a formal agreement with them and there is a resounding silence

I have asked them to provide a copy of my agreement for them to act on my behalf and I was told that they work on the basis that if people do not respond to their emails a contract exists

This sounds at worst like a scam and at best a very non compliant way of doing business

What is really weird is that when I email or phone them I am told they cannot give me any details without giving a lot of private information.

I have been in my current address for over 15 years and all they have is my email

How does anyone else deal with strange organisations who email asking for money?

I spoke to a member of staff about this matter who told me that they had probably bought a list which included my email.

If they are asking me for money they must have more on file than my email address

Or perhaps this is a scam

Finally I wrote to the CEO but no response to that either

And still the email
Demands for money keep coming.

This company is stealing my money. I have been trying to withdraw my money from the account I hold with this company and close my account for over 3 weeks. I have been told there is an "I.T fault" the company transferred me £40 as "compensation" then closed my case due to me accepting this due to the delay. I spoke to a manager on the 1/4/22 who could not provide me an update to when I would be able to withdraw my money. The manager informed me I would not be charged the monthly fee due to the companies inability to transfer me my money and close my account. I logged in today to see they have charged £9.99 monthly fee despite me asking to withdraw and close my account for 3 weeks. I do not believe this company wants to return my money. Will be reporting to the ombudsman and FCA. Company should not be able to operate. When I complain on their website or here on trust pilot responded with "our team are looking into this" no resolutions.

I transferred from the share company to ii and then found that my account, previously used as a savings type account, and found it was not the type of account suitable for me and decided to close my ii accounts. I am now old and my on lie skills not what they were by a long way! I dreaded the thought of going through the on line procedure so eventually had a go but needed help. I spoke to Lucy and she held my hand through the transactions in a patient, helpful, and efficient way, being reassuring throughout. I commend highly ii's back up help service and would tell anyone of my positive experience. Thanks Lucy.

I received what looked like a bill so called customer services and spoke to Lily W who cleared up the confusion for me without a problem and in a lovely friendly way.

I realised that I had a long-dormant account which I had forgotten about. Spoke to Chris I on the phone and after a bit of digging he found it, waived a bunch of fees that had built up and helped me close the account. Great service.
