High level content, great value for price
The content taught at the IdX is great. However, the beginning of each lesson can become repetitive, as for someone who takes multiple courses, the same questions are asked over and over again for the first module.
The evaluation sometimes has answers that can seem a little confusing. Including more qualitative questions would make this better, along with evaluated deliverables to maximize impact of the certificate.
I had an issue regarding the recurring payment but they were able to communicate it afterwards. As a recommendation I would say they still need to inform the user as to what is happening on the billing side of things for each yearly renovation.
The quality of the courses is great and it is also amazing to have an international community with whom you can network with. I wish there was a slack channel or something similar, as well as a job board, to really empower the community beyond the discussion forums, which are rarely used.

The best and friendliest online learning platform for UX
The Interaction Design Foundation (IDF) has been instrumental in my career progression, allowing me to learn at my own pace around full time work.
Courses are structured so you only bite as much as you can chew at any given time. There's no time limit to completing courses. Lessons offer text, videos, examples and other visuals to aid learning. Progress is measured in short sections of multi-choice questions and mini assignments.
Courses are taught by industry leaders and you gain industry recognised certification.
It's a friendly and motivational place to learn with senior members of the organisation such as Co-founder and Editor-in-Chief Rikke only an email away. I highly recommend the IDF.

If you are just starting out or already have some basic knowledge, you definitely must take this course.
I really like how IxDF structures its lessons in an easy-to-follow way, offering both text and concise videos, along with examples, visuals, and especially short essay assignments that are graded manually rather than by a machine.
And IxDF provides quick and attentive responses to support emails. Their professionalism and reliability make me feel confident in their courses.

Issue fix
I would like to thank interaction foundation for considering my issue and helping along the way. I was having card issue so, couldn't procced with the renewal of my membership. After my explanation, they extended my membership for another 2 weeks instead of freezing my account.

There are a variety of topics you can explore and learn. Having the opportunity to take as many courses as we want makes the platform more appealing.

The IDF team was very helpful as always. They answered within a day and everything went smoothly with our communication. I had a request related to a details change in my invoice and they were kind and did this for me in a very short manner.

Excellent value for money and great course content
I've been very impressed with the quality of the lessons, course materials and teachers on the courses at IxDF. Compared to other sources they are extremely good value for money and offer a wealth of useful material for anyone in the UX or design world. I've just renewed my subscription for a second year without hesitation. The staff are also very quick to reply and friendly whenever I've emailed them.

paid and blocked-nobody answer, UX design?
A company who sell intuitive design have a counterintuitive website. I asked for money back as they advertise the same day, and after the request button for refund, they ask the password. and from there it is impossible to submit or even to login to benefit for what you have paid already,
Nobody answer to email, the form on the page or phone on the bill. Is the customer service is dying or the online become delusional by automation?
I was kind to pay-not to take for free Youtube lessons and I get +a good lesson+

Great courses and experience!
The courses I took at IDxF were very comprehensive in terms of content, and I appreciated the variety of formats—both videos and text—which made the learning experience feel lighter and more engaging. In addition to the courses, I’d like to highlight the excellent customer support. They responded quickly and always provided helpful solutions. There were a few times I needed their assistance, and they came through every time.

Great source for UX education material!
Great source for UX education material!
There is a wide array of topics, from beginner to advanced level, from the most introductory to the more specific. There is no limitation to which levels you can access, so you can take whichever course that suits your needs.
I personally enjoy the combination of medias in each course: there are transcripted videos as well as written articles. Written quiz as well as multiple choices.
As for the certifications, I'm not sure how widely accepted they are in the industry as a skill barometer. But to me personally, that is beside the point. I'm enrolling in the courses to have a more structure learning tool, and once I've completed a course, I tend to use the material as references for work as needed.
