This has been an amazing experience for Kingdom Culture Community Church. Our translator Kathy L. is excellent in catching our vision and the delivery of the word. We are really grateful for this service.

After renewing our annual subscription for translation services for our joint sessions, consequences from the pandemic forced us into a virtual format in the Fall semester and then the travel bans prevented our international students from arriving in the Spring semester so we never used the service. I imagine all businesses are facing a manner of difficulty so asking Interactio to toll our subscription to the next calendar year could have been met with an easy no. In reality I was quickly accommodated and my request approved and processed without delay. I am grateful for the understanding and service I have received.

After another vendor fell through, Interactio was able to literally save our event in a very short turn around time. This was our first time using their platform and we've received fantastic feedback from our attendees. I look forward to our next event with the Interactio app!!

Great, collaboration and communication. Excellent quality of interpreters

We wanted to have simultaneous translations in our event, held in Eglish. It was very simple to use the system - we just provided the interactio team with access to our online event, and they took care of the rest with their own technician and the selected interpreters. The participants of the event gave a positive feedback regarding the translations. I'm happy to work with interactio again. Thank you!

I have been working with Interactio as an interpreter, and all I have is deep appreciation for their outstanding work. It just amazes me what you can accomplish with their technology. You can host multilingual meetings so simply! And remote meetings have come here to stay, so why not making the most of them? I enjoy working in their platform. It is very intuitive both for interpreters and users. Easy to use and with top-notch features that make the interpretation run very smoothly. PMs are great and very caring for their interpreters. Technicians are very tech-savvy.

The sound was good (with one exception, but It was his problem), but We can´t see images of the others participants

The platform worked very well. The issues that we had were more to do with the fact that people used the wrong browser or did not give permission for the use of their cameras/microphones during entry.

The translations worked very well. We did not have any issues with that was my impression. At least there were no comments in the chat mentioning problems.

All-in-all I was very satisfied with how things went. It was very stable and the quality of image and sound was perfect.

It's a great software for live translation, very easy to use. The costumer service is excellent and personalize since getting the quote to the final produte. I easily recommend to anyone

Our remote event was left on the customer's working environment (ZOOM) and the Interactio app was integrated onto it: participants are the able to visualize the zoom webinar and, via their smartphone, to listen the desired chosen language (after just cliking on a preset Interactio link to join the event). Interpreters work on Interactio remote consolles and their translations come to the participants' smartphone. Such a friendly and spectacular modality for a multilingual event! Great technology, great teamwork!

The app is very user friendly and provides high quality sound. It can be very easily downloaded from your mobile and you enter the code of the event and that's all it takes. Combined with great interpreters it's highly recomended.

We have used Interactio with video streaming from zoom and it has worked smoothly. The tech and suport staff was great, very helpful. The console is simple and easy tu use although the window for the video streaming is too small (when using Interactio with zoom it would be better to use another screen for the video streaming, so that you can read the chat too). Tech support in other languages would be a plus.

Interactio is, in my opinion, the best online conference platform with simultaneous interpretation that I have ever worked for. Everything went so smoothly that it seemed we were in an in-person meeting! Thanks to all the Interactio team!

As always INTERACTIO delivered the best professional interpretation of our event. This is the third time working with INTERACTIO and our event listeners got a good experience.

The interpretation service provided by Interactio has been excellent, including the technical support, the interpreters and the management staff. They are always available for inquiries, and are most helpful in accomodating the many and last minute service requests. All meetings have been held smoothly, thanks to this interpretation service.

We founded the use of the Interactio app (for simultaneous translation only) very user friendly. Despite a difficult start due to a technical problem, the Interaction team prompt reaction allow us to have a successful event. Thank you.

A team of very professional, helpful and friendly people has accompanied my Client and my interpreters' team during our 8-hour long conference. The responsiveness level of the Interctio people involved was excellent at any point in time and this is for sure their most amazing strength. The Interactio consolle and the mobile App are interpreter- and client-friendly. I will surely rely on Interactio services again in the future.

I used Interactio platform as an interpreter and I liked it a lot. I found it very easy, no connection problems, audio and video were great and the handovers with my partner booth run smoothly. The organization and the communication with the project manager was fast and professional. We had a preparation training and a very useful glossary before the event to help us. I enjoyed a lot and I highly recommend it.

Perfect solution for our multilingual Cisco Webex meeting! Quick and professional customer service. Application is very easy to use. Qualified interpreters. We will definitely use Interactio again.
