Not happy
The actual transaction online was fine with no problem.
When I visited you in Paignton the guy behind the counter was pleasant and helpful. I asked if I could get the timber Cut in half as they were 4.8 metres to fit in my car I was told yes ask the guys in the yard they should cut it for me. I went out and got my timber and asked if it was possible to cut it only to be told “I’m not very good at cutting timber I can’t do it and we have no cutting area,I left my last job because I couldn’t cut timber” which seemed a strange thing to say,as previously the yard guys have obliged and cut my timber..
It was just as well I had a saw in the car . I am 70 year old and I struggled to cut the lengths.My husband attended the store
I feel your service was let down badly.

Good price, delivery driver very helpful and put delivery right where I wanted it. Only negative is I think rather than being told delivery will be from 7.30 to 17.00 hours we could give a morning or afternoon as a time scale which would be more helpful to the customer.

I purchased some timber including three 2.4m posts. The posts that have been delivered are bowed beyond use. I am self isolating and have asked for them to be taken back (I can’t leave the house) and my money refunded. I sent this email on Saturday and haven’t heard anything back yet.
I have replied to the email in the reply this morning and am awaiting a response
