Scam company are going to steal your credit card details.
Won’t send item and will then offer you a refund of $5 (item cost) $56.43 (£42.85 at the time) on the 20th feb.
Never received the item but I did have two fraudulent transactions on the card I used to buy it.
Had to cancel card and now they said the item was sent or offer a $5 refund (which I would have to give them my card details again I assume)

FRAUD ALERT: I should have did my research because I fell in with all the other posts here. Ordered a product and received the wrong items. They wanted to compensate with a $6 store credit - this is fraud, the company is a fraud. Do no buy from them, I will spread the word so others don’t fall in the same experience.

Purchased a supposed Fixit sticks rifle and scope adjustment tool kit instead I get a cheap Chinese knockoff, never again

I would have chosen 0 stars but not an option. Bought an item for my van and it wasn't working as per the description on their website so I asked for a refund after returning the item which they flaunt on their website but they totally refused to take the item back and give me my money back. After insisting for few days, they agreed but told me to pay the return postage l. I got the item for £32 in the UK and the return postage to the US is $56.
So should I really pay for the return postage which is more than double than the actual price of the item.
Don't waste your money or time here. Hopefully they end up going out of business soon so they can't scam anyone else anymore.

Product was purchase and paid on the 27/2/2026, product not received. With further investigation it is clearly a scam.

Massive scam got sent wrong item and only offered 14 dollar refund out of 60 dollars
Real milwaulkee item doesn’t even exist

I ordered a $65 Adjustable 2-30V DC Voltage Regulator - tool that is compatible with cordless tool batteries. The product took over 5 weeks to arrive and when it did it was the wrong product. Not the wrong model, color, or spec...a completely different piece of electronics ( a desktop USB / phone charging station).

The retailer refuses to acknowledge the error and provide a refund. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this retailer.

Wow, I'm having the same experience as everyone else, some fake delivery tracking, then when I raised my concerns taking a month, I got sent some powered desktop USB charger..... I ordered a Milwaukee mounted USB charger.....

Same experience as the other reviews. Bought a Milwaukee battery voltage regulator and was sent a USB desktop charger. Not what I wanted or ordered.

Told them to send me a returns label and I’ll have a refund. They’re offering 5USD partial refund and keep the item as ‘warehouse has confirmed we’ve sent the correct item’.

Will be initiating a chargeback with my credit card company for scam selling.

Ordered 3x Milwaukee 18V USB/power supplies from intensifya.com (fake).

I got sent a fake tracking number from a fake tracking website (tracking-hub.com).

Nothing arrived. I filed a dispute with PayPal, so the scammers drummed up a new, legitimate tracking number, and sent 3 of those cheap desktop USB power bricks. This satisfied PayPal, and they ruled the dispute in favour of the seller.

They told me to be more careful ordering things online next time....I am fuming.

Same issue with INTENSIFYA as everyone else. It is a scam business that sells an item that doesn't exist and sends something completely different and when you contact them they do nothing about it.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS.

I purchased a milwaukee battery voltage regulator, took a month to arrive and the parcel was a stupid phone charging dock.
Contacted them and this is what they said.

Thanks for your great support and the pictures.
But as our warehouse checked, the product they sent to you is correct according to your order.
We feel terribly sorry for your dissatisfaction.
We can offer you little compensation. 
Hope you can accept 5 USD.

Don't trust this company or website.

This company were advertising the voltage regulator tool that connects to a dewalt or milwaukee battery.

The shipping to the uk took about a month but thats not the issue.

They have sent a plug in desktop usb charger. The totally wrong item. I have conacted them about this but all they say in response is, we have sent the correct item and we can offer you a 5/7usd compensation payment.

I am not interested in compensation or even a free item. I just want a pre paid returns label and ill send back for a refund. They will not do this and want me to pay for return shipping even tho i have sent them pictures of what i had ordered and what i have received.

They are obviously just getting rid of unwanted stock.

I would advise not to buy from this company.
