Proceed with caution

We travel as a family often and have a range of holidays from luxury to weekends away. I thought we would be perfect candidates for making some big savings, but really 98 times out of 100 I could find better deals myself.
I always could get better pricing on booking.com with genius level 1 and most direct travel agent rates weren’t available in school holidays.
I did 18 months of this and put a lot of time into researching and trying to find good deals, but I honestly think it would be super hard to make savings here if you aren’t involved in the pyramid marketing side of the business.

Great opportunity!

Having never worked in the travel industry I joined the business in January 2026. My Sponsor (the person that introduced me) is extremely supportive and helpful. In addition you become part of a community, full of like minded people who are more than happy to share their knowledge and experience.

Within 6 weeks I have made enough money to pay my membership for 3 years! It is an effort based business, it takes drive and determination, but you get out, what you put in.

The systems, training and support is there for the taking. The financial rewards can be life changing, and I intend to strive for success.

InteleTravel is a MLM

InteleTravel is a MLM. We are told to post positive reviews everywhere. The company is horrible. Your commissions will be paid late-if at all. The prices are not cheaper. In fact in most cases I can find cheaper prices in my own. Run, don’t walk away from

Income Disclosure????

If Inteletravel is so lucrative then where is their Annual Income Disclosure statement to prove this?

The answer is - they wont disclose one as it would be too damaging to their recruitment drive

Their partner - PlanNet Marketing (which you need to join to sell this 'business' to others at an additional monthly cost) has one on their website in US Dollars -

From January to December 2025, the MAJORITY of Independent Travel Reps (92.52%) made an average of just $38 for the WHOLE year!
It also claims that this (92.52%) of Reps worked an ESTIMATED - 2 HOURS PER WEEK!!!!! Now, how can they estimate these hours -

Answer - so they can claim that agents didn't WORK HARD ENOUGH, when these agents most likely worked their socks off and the (alleged) ESTIMATED hours worked aims to distort this in order to manipulate the figures.

The 2025 Income disclosure is even lower than the previous figures for 2024, where AGAIN 92% earned an average of $42 for the entire year and worked an ESTIMATED average 2 HOURS PER WEEK!!!!!

Please, take a look for yourselves, its all there on their website - PlanNet Marketing (2026).

And, before any agents claim you dont HAVE to recruit, you WILL be put under pressure to do so when you cant sell Inteletravel's over-priced travel.

In addition, before anyone claims that the PlanNet disclosure is for Reps only, remember you have to be an agent FIRST to then become a Rep. You cannot sign up just to become a Rep, as this would then be classed as an illegal pyramid scheme. Therefore, you have to pay to join this scheme, pay a monthly agent fee, then an additional monthly fee to become a Rep in order to recruit.

So Inteletravel is just the 'vehicle' but the prices they charge are far higher than if you were to book travel directly for yourself, AND you wouldn't be paying a monthly agent fee which goes to your 'upline', which is basically a chain of people who got in before you on this 'scheme'.

Like others have said, please do not listen to 'current' agents on here who are ordered to post fake reviews, which Trustpilot should NOT be allowing, instead remember this useful quote:

"To know the road ahead,
ask those coming back"

Cliche but the best thing I ever did!

Cliche but the best thing I ever did!

I have been with inteletravel for 15 months alongside working my corporate job and I cannot believe I put it off for so long...I have booked over £120k worth of travel!! On a part-time basis?!

The training has been next to none and the community and support chats are so so helpful and always willing to recommend and advise etc.

I've seen bad reviews on here and I honestly think they must only be from those who joined and expect money to drop into their accounts without putting any work in or doing the training provided. I recommend it to absolutely anyone!

I have been an agent for 18 months

I have been an agent for 18 months. I have worked hard to build my brand and now starting to see the results of my work. Booking travel for people in my network and now beyond. Has it been easy to start with? No but if you stick at it, stay consistent, it pays off.
I have also saved on my own travel and now go on so many holidays. I am very happy with my choice.

I joined a year ago and haven’t looked back. If you’re motivated, want to learn a new skill, or earn from sharing a business, I couldn’t recommend it enough. You do need to put in the work when people moan they’re not making money, it’s usually because they aren’t. Like anything it’s not a get-rich-quick scheme, but no other company I’ve come across offers the level of support and access to so much earning potential. Flexible, family-friendly, and worth every minute of effort.

Easy booking and great experience

Booked a last minute trip to Lapland and our Inteletravel agent was great. She looked at different dates and locations to secure the best price and we ended up having a magical and totally unexpected holiday right before christmas.

Absolutely a scam or Pyramid Scheme

Absolutely a scam or Pyramid Scheme
The lady who signed me up Amanda. She uses Disney Junkies Page to troll for people who want to make a little money while raising a family. She sold me a bunch a crap about going my business with more agents under me. Yes it's a MLM Absolutely. Once I signed up she pretended to offer help. When help was really needed she blew me off. As I told would her I would never bring someone else into this shit show. She wanted me to sign up my family who had no interest just she could bonus $350 gone no refund and regrets.

Even though their website promised free…

Even though their website promised free weather-related adjustments, the agent who answered was unable to access our reservation, refused to assist with rebooking hotels, and later charged a $75 "change fee." It took eight weeks to process refunds for disputed charges. Their "exclusive deals" were comparable to regular public prices. Lack of emergency assistance and poor transparency.

Pros & Cons

I have been with Inteletravel for 18 months now and with any venture there are pros and cons -
The Pros -
1 You get commission on every sale - I have never not received the commission for any sale I have made.
2 There are great deals for personal travel - since joining I have gone from one holiday a year to 4 this year , simply because I got great discounts.
3 The on line training is endless - you can dip and out whenever you want meaning you can learn the business at your own pace.
4 There is no pressure to meet any sales targets or to sign up any other agents - the amount of travel you sell or the number of people you invite to join the business is strictly down to you
5 A good supportive upline means a lot - you will always have someone who can answer any queries, or point you in the right direction.

The Cons -
1 You have to be very motivated and be able to put the time and effort into what ultimately is your business- you get out what you put in , it’s a simple as that!
2 Many of the seminars or training days fall on a week day which makes them hard to attend if you are just starting out and are working a full time job.
3 If you don’t have a good supportive up line you can feel very lonely and overwhelmed.

This is not for everyone and not everyone will have good experiences but for me - so far, so good.

They will ghost you

DO. NOT USE THIS COMPANY .. THERE TRAVEL AGENT Rebecca Vaughn .. Didn’t pay on our cruise and we lost 5 of our 7 rooms .. The trip has been booked for a year … Only reason I found out it was cancelled is because my drink package was cancelled… Call there customer service line and they are no help ..Customer service ignore your calls and don’t call back .. they do not care how bad there own independent travel agents screw you. I even fired the travel agent. She wouldn’t sign over my account to another travel agent . the new travel agent spent hours and hours fixing every problem that in Teletravel travel agent had done.. We had to pay more money for our trip . Because she lost all of our original rooms we spent over $70,000 for vacation for them to just blow.. Then InteleTravel kept all the commission that the new travel agent should’ve received.. .I would not recommend this place to anybody. There travel agents have no clue about any thing.

Inteletravel Treated Me Like 12 Years a Slave Movie...

My experience with InteleTravel raised serious concerns regarding independent contractor treatment, commission transparency, and professional conduct by company leadership.

As an independent contractor, I made lawful and reasonable inquiries regarding commissions owed to me under the agreement. In response, Tara Minson, acting in the president leadership capacity for InteleTravel, sent me a written termination notice rather than providing a clear accounting or engaging in good-faith discussion regarding the commissions in question.

In her email, Ms. Minson asserted that my independent contractor relationship was being terminated, instructed me to cease all communication with company personnel, attempted to route all correspondence through legal counsel and imposed immediate restrictions on my ability to associate with or reference the company in any capacity. The communication was laced with bias, prejudice, impartiality and gross negligence for my role as an independent contractor. Tara also deferred payment of earned commissions until receipt from third-party partners, without providing a final accounting at the time of termination.

The tone and substance of this communication reflected disciplinary control more consistent with an employer-employee relationship than an independent contractor arrangement, particularly given that the termination followed inquiries about compensation. This sequence of events raises legitimate questions regarding retaliatory termination, commission payment practices, and independent contractor protections.

Following this experience, I conducted additional research and found numerous publicly documented complaints across multiple platforms, including the Better Business Bureau, several online reviews engines describing similar disputes involving commissions and treatment of independent contractors. This suggests the issues I encountered may not be isolated.

In my professional opinion, leadership accountability and ethical business practices are essential in this industry. Unfortunately, my experience with InteleTravel — and specifically the actions taken by Tara Minson — did not reflect those standards. I chose to disengage fully and had my entire team cancel their memberships. I would strongly encourage others to conduct thorough due diligence, carefully review all contractual terms, and seek independent legal guidance before affiliating. Lastly, please be informed there are other great companies in the industry that runs circles around Inteletravel in service delivery and customer service, especially with their independent contractors.

This review reflects my personal experience and opinion.

Cancellation of subscription but money continues to be taken from my account!!

I was an agent and enrolled earlier this year. When I decided that I did not have the time to continue with this I requested a cancellation of my subscription. This was actioned immediately. However Inteletravel continued to taken the monthly money from my account and have now refused to refund me. So please be careful when using this company. I am not sure how many more payments they will take from me. My bank is currently investigating.

Customer services very rude and unhelpful.

BEST YES! These other reviews are laughable 😭

I absolutely love InteleTravel I’ve been with them now since 2024, all the bad reviews are people that want to have all the money with no work… we have full support, training systems, webinars, events & step by step guides on everything! You are an INDEPENDENT travel agent therefore you need to be INDEPENDENT and learn. I have seen reviews for £300 a month?? Which is a lie. It is £142 enrollment with the optional extra of the marketing side and £32 a month that is it, no extras. Not to mention the marketing side is OPTIONAL & you do not have to do it😭some of these reviews are laughable. You have to work to make money & you also have to learn but that’s every business! And the income you can make from this for such a low entry cost is incredible, not to mention the 30 day money back guarantee.

You have nothing to lose with trying, LITERALLY. so if you come here looking for support on a decision, don’t let the bad reviews put you off. We have won awards, been going over 25 years and are fully ABTA & ATOL protected just like tui & more.

Best thing I ever did! I’m now on track to quit my 9-5 in less than a year

Fake Positive reviews - YOU WILL NOT GET COMMISSIONS!

The company get staff and their friends to write positive reviews to wash out any negative reviews.

There are youtube videos, reddit forums and reviews clearly showing they are a scam company and dont pay staff commissions out making all sorts of excuses not to pay an money that you have earnt!

Its a pyramid scheme!

I have paid them over £300 in monthly subscriptions. Please dont fall for the same mistake....

They'll delay saying that you will get commision money but thats just so you pay extra monthly subscriptions. Dont fall for it. They dont pay out!
