Ghosters - I said I was keen, had a phone call with an eager sounding Lucy only to never hear from them again despite her saying all looks good and she will contact me. I've sent emails and not got any replies.

Just your typical pump and dump recruitment agency I guess... And they wonder why people don't like agents like this.

I recently was successful with a position that was put forward to me by Integro. The experience I received was supportive and professional, I was kept in the loop through the whole interview process which was extremally helpful as I was looking for employment after being in the same job for 26 years. Worst company I have worked for to date state they care about quality over quantity but quite frankly the opposite - just care about money over staff (although you won’t hear this in your interview ) they let people go with 0 warning 3 days after a return for bereavement in the family & just before Christmas (disgusting) - get sold the dream and turns out a nightmare in the end shocked at how many people have complained about their treatment from managers .. if you know what’s good for you do not work for these money hungry con artists

Having decided to move back to an employed role in the financial services industry, I spoke with a number of recruitment firms who were all positive initially, however both Jonny & Zandie at Integro were the only ones who took a genuine interest in my situation & followed up on any opportunities. They gave an honest appraisal of my experience to date & which employers would offer the best fit, through to arranging interviews & helping me prepare for them. Rachel was absolutely amazing to deal with. It is rare to find someone who cares as much as she does. I was searching for employment and she went above and beyond to get me in to many interviews and also recognised my particular skill set which, whilst I may not have officially qualified for a job on paper from the employers description, she could see that I had the potential to fill the role and the passion to do so. She assisted me twice as the first role was not completely suitable, due to location, however the second time round she had me in an interview and employed within a week. Not only this, she followed me up on numerous occasions to ensure I was enjoying my position in the company and that I was happy. I highly recommend her. I was lucky to have her on my side.

Great experience from start to finish, great communication levels and a team who genuinely understand what I need. Taking the time to understand the team dynamic is crucial as this is a huge factor for me!
