Does any body knows what happened with that company, I can't track the bike. The website not works
Bought a seatpost tracker. Very long delivery time. No instructions on how to take the thing apart to change the SIM card. Website links that should lead to instructions for seatpost tracker lead to instructions for headtube tracker. Opened support ticket about 3 weeks ago but apart from automated replies, no action at all from supplier.

I purchased a integrated rear light tracker last summer (2014) but it took 3 months for it to get delivered.
I emailed the company many times with no response at all, I also rang the phone number and still no one answered or returned my calls, in the end I managed to find a phone number on the Internet which could be them!!, i phoned the number only to be told that they were a dispatch company and not integrated trackers but would help if they could.
I received the light within 5 days of this phone call.
I now have a working light only to find the charge only lasts for about 3 weeks. But to recharge the light you have to take it a part to plug it in, which is very awkward. Great idea, bad company and the recharging needs to be made easier, (socket on the outside of the light)
Received a Spylamp2 before Christmas 2013 and claimed it for not working. But first after several follow ups I got a new battery at the end of February. That didn't solve the problem and again no response until 6. February where they want me to send the unit back for refund - return delivery for my own money :-(
