Happy to demand money upfront but not very good at delivering. Poor communication, had to chase them for information etc. but very quick to send demands for money upfront, even before they have started the job. No comeback if you are unhappy. Measuring guy had nae manners. Poor customer service.
This company was a dream to deal with after a disastrous mistake with another company. We had a glass splashback installed in our bathroom. A complex job with 4 pieces of glass and two cut outs. The staff were responsive, flexible and helpful at all times. They made a big effort to get an accurate colour match too. They measured and fitted and were efficient and tidy in their work.
