Hired a van on Friday. Was a very very professional in every thing they did from the ladies in the of to the lad in the yard. Was impressed with the van. Will use them again and again.

Hired a car for my trip back to the UK and had such a positive experience. The ladies on the front desk were friendly and accommodating & Russell helped make my booking so easy. The car was fantastic and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Will definitely be hiring from Intack in the future - thanks again

I had 2 recent hires from here of Luton vans with tail lift to help me move house.
The communications from start to finish was great.
I actually lost (misplaced) the keys during the move, something that would have been highly stressful but for the help from the Intack staff that got us set up with spare keys to move to go ahead on track. Found keys in the back of van after emptying.
Staff at this family run firm were great and I would definitely recommend and use again.

Initial service is superb, vehicles are mostly clean, some personal items or cleaning equipment have been found, trouble starts when you try to return vehicles what a fiasco!
Drivers beware, please take note: -
1, Walk round the vehicle at handover with customer services, then make sure you video the condition of the vehicle before you take it away from the premises!
2, Identify the same person who handed over the car as the other lads in the yard accuse you of damaging the car without question! and then run/scurry as fast as they can to the office to report you for damaging a vehicle without looking at video evidence you have!
3, The original customer services representative agrees with you the small marks were with and on the car at handover even shouts it in the yard but nobody listens and they try to charge your card!
4, When you try to discuss issues with Intack Self Drive, the manager wont listen as the representative is on his lunch and when you get angry because they wont listen or look at the video evidence they ban you from the business!
What a carry on, customer services are ignorant, Beware, they will accuse you of damage already done to the vehicle without question!

Use these guys yesterday for van hire. VERY impressed, even though it was 18 mile drive to collect and return I have to say the service standard was outstanding. The quality of van was showroom standard, quality and ease of paper work was great . I initially chose them as they have automatic vans for hire. I will definitely be using again well done intack a lot of other hire companies could learn a lot from you keep up the good service🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
