Gentleman sorted out the birth date because it wasnt showing properly no mater how much i tried, talked though all the options and answered my questions. Only trouble was i had to wait quite a bit for the call to be answered but once it was my query and everything including the insurance sorted quickly

Needed to make a claim. Completed online form, had no confirmation of claim being received. Making a claim is stressful enough, my expectation would be to have received a phone call at least or confirmation email. If the online system is faulty i will re consider my Trust pilot rating

I cancelled an auto renewal and received confirmation it was cancelled but despite this they took the money from my card. I sent multiple emails to them and the complaints department with no response. They’ve left me with no choice but to report them to the financial ombudsman and the bank. Extremely unprofessional and worried no safe guards in place. Stay away!

Lots of restrictions became clear AFTER receiving policy that were not clarified in initial click box application. Plus company says you can have policy within hours. It takes 10 days. Not happy with overall restrictions do will be cancelling as within cancellation period

Why can’t this company do not pre-authorise claims. This means that there is no certainty that the treatment will be covered. At the moment I’ve just had an quote for over £1000 for my dogs treatment, I expected to pay up the excess and the rest from insurance, but have been informed that I have to pay it all upright and claim it back, and they won’t give me any guarantee I will get it back.
Been with this provider for just less than 10 years and never needed to make a claim. They say you only find out how good insurance is until you make a claim, which sadly is too late for me.

Really easy to use and very clear. I have my other dog already with you and it made sense in every way including financial to have them both with you.

The team member I spoke to made the whole journey very simple & straightforward 🤩 making my policy a very comprehensive & competitive price for the cover received

Excellent cover with some additions. My dog is four this year and I've had to change policies due to unreasonably high renewal prices. In those cases the cover was not great, so I'm learning I also need to continue to shop around. Reading the reviews, I will bare in mind the time scales and some of the processing, but all in all, hopefully they make the changes recommended as claiming is already a stressful experience when you have to do it.
