Straightforward to buy policy
Straightforward to buy policy but it would have been nice to have to option to toggle more items on and off such as wedding cars (we don't need cars as our wedding is all in one place)

Both website and contract wording need…
Both website and contract wording need work, I twice needed human assistance -- explanation and correction of a login failure -- to complete what should have been a very standard order, so the process took hours rather than minutes.
