Easy to use, instant results but seems expensive and if I had more time to research comparatives - I’d likely save at least $100.

The most terrible insurance company I have ever. Before you sign up for them they are quite friendly and respond fast.
I introduce them my medical examination Thailand and Norwegian where I was healthy and fit. I get microbes infection in my stomach during my vacation . I spend around 1.5 months for treatment and on the end I was not able to get any reimbursement from Nomads. I didn’t even understand what kind of exchange rate they used to . They almost didn’t reply on my messages with long waiting periods.
So I spend money for 2 months insurance for nothing and also spend my time for a lot of paper work to present to nomads.
Avoid this company as you spend additional money without getting any finance back for your treatment .
It so sad as a Ukrainian citizen which never take any refugee status and apply for insurance being healthy once get sick company refuse for any payment.

Don’t recommend at all.

I purchased a zero deductible. Once I received my declaration page, it showed a deductible. I reached out to the company to fix it. They said they confirmed I selected a deductible and only offered to cancel the policy and for me to reissue. This is incorrect, I paid extra to have no deductible and horrible customer service to only offer cancelling the policy to rectify the situation.

So easy! Good rates when compared to other sites and site is user-friendly.

Very easy to purchase. I'm impressed with the coverage limit. Cost is reasonable. Hopefully, I won't have to make a claim.

Experience was handled professionally, efficiently and all correctly. Policy confirmations arrived in good time. Entire experience was excellent.

The app is difficut to understand, i don't know how to use it. I go to the doctor and then i upload the receipt? And i have money back? And miss a summary of what the insurance cover. Could be better!
