Second Year with Insure & Excape
This is the second year with Insure and Escape. We have not had a claim but rather than go through all the little medical niggles with another company, their price was reasonable and therefore we stayed with Insure and Escape. Their staff are friendly and professional but with one niggle, I spent a considerable amount of time explaining a new ailment to a male colleague, he then furnished me with a quote which I felt was very reasonable. I wished to discuss with my husband and therefore terminated the call and rang again another day, ready to accept the offer but it appears that the details had not been saved. Very disappointing as it meant I had to go through the whole process again! However, we are all human and mistakes can be made! Hopefully this issue will not happen again.
