Utterly pointless.

Utterly pointless.
They refused to quote for our RRS P400e
despite it being driven by two retirees covering only 5000 miles a year with no convictions, no claims, full NCD, kept in garage, dashcam & tracker and with every anti-theft software upgrade up to date.

By far the worst customer service I…

By far the worst customer service I have ever had to experience.

Initially requested a NCD letter which showed the date as being the day post cancellation (1 hour later than the date and time printed by Aviva) - I gave them authorisation to speak to Aviva (their process) and 10 emails later and 3 phone calls they finally call Aviva and indeed confirm my NDA.

4 weeks later they’ve not acknowledged my complaint emails (x3), and I am now having to go via the Ombudsman to get this situation resolved.

All avoidable if they’d followed their own process. Makes me worried if I ever need to claim, what would that process be like.

AVOID AVOID AVOID !

AVOID AVOID AVOID !
If I could give no stars I would
This insurance company is the worst of any I have dealt with by a country mile
Incompetent, constantly putting obstacles in the way . Stated that the NI number was just a code !
Left on hold for 15 minutes
Then closes earlier than stated
Please go elsewhere
They couldn’t even read the details of my husband’s driving licence
My sister is also frustrated as she only drove car the once
They keep requesting codes from DVLA
Only to be told they couldn’t use it
Please go elsewhere
Not there when you need them but happy to take your money !
I am so stressed with them
I can not even imagine how this tin pot company is allowed to trade
Just completely unacceptable service
APPALLING ,ABYSMAL ABHORRENT and most importantly NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE

A specialist which isnt!

Extremely unhelpful process, I am contemplating getting a new RRS and before doing so I wish to know that I can obtain insurance from their own associated company. I asked for a quote for my existing RRS, they responded saying that they were unable to provide a quote. I tried enquiring of their help desk and they refused to give any reason - this is not particularly helpful since I have no idea whether the refusal is related to me, my address or the vehicle type.
Just hopeless.

Landrover insurance declined - no reason give

This year my landrover insurance was transferred to a different company, Wrisk Transfer Ltd, still trading as "Land Rover Insurance".

I was invited to renew with the new company but after struggling with the website and engaging in a "chat" I was informed that my application had been declined. All attempts to discover the reason for this were rebuffed. The phone number provided just ran a loop without offering the opportunity to speak to a real person. ( I think this is a contravention of the Ecommerce regulations)

Poor Quotation Process and Customer Service

Went through website quote forms to completion. Then displayed "Unable to Quote" I located a contact number to call customer services, who stated that the quote was declined due to not meeting underwriting criteria. The representative was unable to disclose the reason for the declinature after I had asked quite a few times. For a company that provides specialist insurance... I am amazed that this is the standard of service provided and would definitely NOT recommend this company - Shocking customer service and equally poor underwiting process if unable to disclose the reason for decling the quote.

Land Rover Insurance is a fraud

2 days to get access to a quote, 7 hours on chat, repeating yourself 4 times, to then turn my car down!

Land Rover Insurance is a PR exercise that doesn't do what it says on the tin. It's a lie. this has made me question whether I will ever buy another Landrover and I've owned more than 20
