Ordered shoes they took the money. Have not sent any emails to say the order confirmation or delivery TOTAL SCAM

Just look at you. 84 low intelligence people bought from unknown website bikes for a fraction of a price and expect getting them delivered. You are so stupid you deserve to get robbed

I never received the items I purchased and Insummers won't supply a legit tracking number. This is a big scam. PayPal is no help recovering my money.

I ordered 2 pairs of boots. It took a month to receive them. Both were much smaller than the size I ordered. The package label said "returns" and gave a Pennsylvania address. When I contacted the company to return them they told me I had to ship them to China and pay postage and any duty due. Only after they receive them would they refund my money which could take around 30 days. They suggested a 15% refund and I keep the boots. After several emails back and forth they upped the refund to 30%. I pointed out that their website said "Hastle free 100% refund and the "return" instructions on the label had an address in Pennsylvania. They are still insisting I'm better off accepting their refund offer. I am disputing this through PayPal.

This company is a total scam. I ordered shoes a month ago. When I contacted them to notify them I had not received them, I got a bogus email from someone named "Magnus" and he told me the shoes were delivered and for me to contact "my" delivery service! I had a funny feeling when they sent me an invoice for shoes in a color I did not order. I am definitely going to contact my financial institution and get my money back. This is my first experience ordering from a BIG scammer!

My advice to ALL, is to contact your credit card company or Pay Pal. You do not need to lose your money ! I have stayed in touch with my cc co through this whole mess. I ordered 2 pairs of boots from 'insummers', (My cc company informed me that it comes up as Layla, Ltd on their end), and that it is based in London, England...that helped and I did further research. My cc co has my back. They are documenting everything and so am I. And the only way to contact Layla, Ltd is by email, which is good actually.
I thought I had learned my lesson years ago, never to buy anything off of FB, because they do not vet these companies.
In my research, I found lots of miserable people. In my case, I ordered 2 pairs of boots on Dec 15, 2024 and they debited my cc the very next day...(red flag). I purchase from Amazon all the time and they NEVER debit until my merch has shipped. Then I waited...I contacted Layla, Ltd by email...they told me to 'be patient'...I waited past the 10-15 days. I finally received my 'merch' yesterday Jan 4, 2025. The merch was not even in a box. It was wrapped in grey plastic. I peeled back the multiple labels...China...it shipped from China. Today, I attempted to go back to insummers website, but my security system threw up a warning that this website is known to try to obtain info from you in an attempt to scam...so I closed out and after speaking to my cc co again, I sent another email to Layla, Ltd. requesting a FREE return label and telling them that I do not desire an exchange. Layla, Ltd. has a certain number of days to respond. As the consumer, I have even more time for this to be settled, which is great. And my cc co has already issued a provisional credit / refund during this investigation, until it is settled. I also sent Layla, Ltd a snip of my security system warning...
In addition, turns out that of the many things this company is guilty of....people have had their package seized by USPS because Layla, Ltd used COUNTERFEIT POSTAGE. This may explain why ppl never get their merch...And Layla, Ltd certainly is not going to let you know, nor the shipping company.
DO NOT GIVE UP OR GIVE IN....CONTACT YOUR CC COMPANY OR PAY PAL, ETC.

Shoes are the wrong size, even though they say the correct size. I have another pair and they aren't the same when I hold them together. Get no reply from customer service and my 30 days have gone.

I placed an order 12/9/2024. The system said the cc failed. So I input the number again. Their system made another order and now has charged me for two orders. I contacted them right away to tell them I did not want two orders of the same boots. They said it was too late they already shipped. I HAD NOT GOTTEN ANY CONFIRMATION THAT THEY SHIPPED UNTIL AFTER I EMAILED THEM. They said to be patient and wait 7 to 10 days and if I don't like the product I can go through their return process. They are scammers.

Shoes literally never came Don't ever order because you most likely won't even get them !

Order the boots got them and not the boots I order not even the size, making me return the crap with more money bout of my pocket and it’s in China, for sure fraud and bate and switch company.

Finally received my order. Shoes do not look like the photo. They are flimsy, cheap material, absoluty unwearable. Have requested to be able to return to company and/or refunded. DO NOT BUY

Company is fraudulent. Claims to ship items out but uses duplicate tracking g numbers to avoid postage. If one of the duplicate numbers gets delivered they claim it was your item delivered to you and refuses to refund anything. Avoid them at all cost.

I ordered boots and they don’t even look like the picture. They are so hideous I will never wear them they are absolutely ugly nothing like what was advertised!

I did receive my order but they were cheaply made & sizing inaccurate. I have sent 4 emails in the past 15 days to return and /or exchange & no response

This is a Scam Company. I ordered two pair of shoes. Was given a date and time they were supposedly delivered by USPS. I called USPS and gave them the tracking number Insummers provided. USPS investigated and after an investigation told me I was a victim of a scam.

Haven't received my shoes yet, but have gotten tracking number. All I get is, This page cannot be found. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering.

If there was a zero star rating available, then officesummers.com would get it!
Sent me an order confirmation, then a shipping notice, then nothing! Zero, zilch, nada!
I sent them a message to ask what was going on, they responded by intimating that there must've been "something wrong" at my end with the carrier company! They "offered" (huh! 🙄) to reship or give me only 50% of my money back! I have pointed out, on more than one occasion, that it is THEIR ultimate responsibility to ensure delivery of goods or refund the full cost! They have since (predictably!?) gone very silent!
Obviously another scam so I have passed their details & my issue onto UK Trading Standards and the Metropolitan Police Fraud Squad! But nothing will get sorted I reckon!
My advice to any potential buyers from these sheisters, is DON'T...!!!

I CANT believe!..after making such a nice offer online..this COMPANY have turned out to some THIEVING sods who took £24 out of my account and NOW I cant find a TRACE for my order..info on WHEN I will get what I ordered..i am WELL and TRULY upset..this company NEED to be investigated

I ordered a pair of sneakers, they were too small. I contacted about returning them and the said they would offer me a 10% refund and not return the item. I refused it and said I just prefer to return the order. I then got a response that they would offer me 20% and that was the final offer. Said I could return them but said it is too expensive to ship them back so there is no need to try and return them. Only option was 20% and nothing else!! Won’t ever shop there again
