Does not work

Does not work. The daily likes and comment numbers haven't changed in weeks and that's the only way I've been able to tell if the application is doing what I'm paying for. I have no clue if the proxy I have bought for months even works. This program needs to be more transparent to the user. I want to know if Instagram has blocked my account. Seriously, I'm ready to cancel.

NOT WORTH IT!

My god Instazood has just become a big mess. I just deleted my account because there is something wrong EVERY FREAKING TIME! I think I have contacted support over 5 times now, all that time costs me money, I am paying for literally nothing. It used to work, now they are making a big mess out of it. I am going to another company to take care of my Instagram. Would NOT recommend Instazood. I am never spending one freaking dime there again. NOT WORTH IT!

Used to work, now a scam.

Last year it worked perfectly. Now it’s broken plus they lie about buying their proxy to make it better but it won’t do anything. I want a refund. Someone should shut down and sue this company.

Hi,
I used this service for many months, it was very good. Then I stopped using it for a while,when I didn't use instagram and came back to it, however now it does not work at all. Do not trust the bloggers’ reviews

I began with the trial version but ‘likes’ didn’t work although the ‘like’ button was on. I read good reviews from bloggers (do not trust them!) and I gave it another chance. I bought a monthly plan but after a few minutes, my instagram account was logged out. I was trying to log in, for over an hour, but I kept receiving a message that said my password changed. Of course that never happened. I even deleted my account and tried to add it again, but still receiving the same message. I emailed the customer support and I asked for a refund. It’s been 5 days since then and still no answer.

Dosent work! But takes your MONEY - BE AWARE

Spend so much money there, all for nothing. Customer service just asks for more time but never refunds you. The service dosent work. The money will disappear. Take care!

They said they replied to my tickets, which they have done. But I have asked for a refund 3 times now and they continue to ignore this. Disgusting.

Used to be good...

I used this service for many months, it was honestly very good. Then I stopped using it for a while (because I stopped using Instagram) and came back to it, however now it does not work at all. I have followed all their instructions and used it just like I used to, but now the bots aren't moving at all: 0% coverage, and I don't think Instagram is blocking it because usually Instagram will give hints if it's blocking actions (e.g. ask you to re-verify, tell you "action is blocked", etc). They said their support takes maximum 24 hours, but they have been ignoring my recent support ticket for 2 days so far. I have total around $95 in my account because I was a very dedicated long-time user, and they won't reply me or give me a refund. Is this how you treat your loyal customers...?

UPDATE: They have been refusing to refund me even though I've completed ALL their support suggestions (my problem is still not solved as it is clearly a problem from their end). I am still asking and waiting to see if they will finally refund me.

I have signed up for the free trial nothing has happened

I have signed up for the free trial, nothing happened. Then was optimistic because i really wanted it to work paid $29.99 for 30 days, still nothing. I don't even receive as little as a like on my page. I will wait till the next day and if the problem continues, i will be forced to ask for a refund.

This is bad. I paid for one month and I removed my account and re-added and it says that my payment expired. I watched tutorials and I tried to do the same thing but every time it says to pay again. I tried everything, but without success!
After the latest change of Instagram Algorithm I leave "Stim" for Instazood. This Bot doesn't work! I payd 9$ for the normal bot plan plus the additional 8$ for PROXY SERVER. It doesn't works! Are several weeks that follow, likes and comments (the most powerfull tools) don't works. I tried to submit a ticket, to contact instazood's support but with no results. When I try to "log in" in the support area to submit a ticket they say that my mail address doesn't exist in their database (the same mail recipient is used to log in the instazood's dashboard). It was imposible to contact a support center for refound! I lose my money! I do not recoment this bot!

An absolute piece of garbage

An absolute piece of garbage. When it did work, it unfollowed those who were following me - when I requested it not to do so, and most importantly, the accounts that it follows are worthless. There is no user engagement, so you’re sitting on thousands of followers, but no comments or likes. I asked for a refund and never received it. The site is clearly run by a foreign guy with very bad English. Do not buy.

I've bought a package but can't log in with Instagram account - Even if it was possible, according to the team it would require proxy's configurations, and a lot of o time and technical knowledge - not previously announced. We've asked for a refund 2 weeks ago and nothing was sent yet.
Useless, poor customer service, bad service.

I tried to renew my payment 3 times and all 3 times it said it didnt work, then i check my bank account and it charged me 3 times. i cannot seem ti find a support phone number or anything to report my problem to.
