A perfect smile for a short time
A perfect smile, but not for long! The material they use is very thin in places, so can crack easily with eating or biting. Mine were replaced after 2 weeks of use, and the new ones have already started to crack after 2 weeks use.
They look fabulous, but the bottom set cannot be worn because some teeth are just floating above the gum, food gets in the and they scrape against my tongue which is painful.
The main problem is the way they treat customers if they use their consumer rights and ask for faulty veneers to be replaced. It is a long-winded procedure and they take no responsibility for goods that are not fit for purpose. They blame the customer and say the veneers can only be replaced twice. They do not seem to recognise that they need to replace them as many times as is required, or refund, due to being not fit for purpose, as British Consumer Law states.

Our standard orders include a 14-day Manufacturer’s Warranty, as well as one Extended Warranty claim that can be used within three years for eligible issues such as accidental damage, loss or wear and tear. The Extended Warranty is not unlimited and does not cover fit-related concerns.
As Instasmile is a lifestyle cosmetic product, wear and durability can vary depending on a number of factors, including individual use and wear patterns.
We can see that your Extended Warranty claim has already been used. If you are still within 14 days of receiving your most recent product and have a concern regarding it, please contact us at info@instasmile.com so our team can review this under the applicable Manufacturer’s Warranty. Alternatively, discounted reorder options are available, or you can place a new order with fresh impressions for a new fit.

Poor quality, constantly breaking and they are different shades each time they replaced them. Save your money for a proper company and avoid at all costs

As you have missing teeth, we also advised that dental adhesive may help provide additional stability during wear. As each Instasmile is custom-made to the individual dental profile, slight variations in the material, design or shade can occur between products. This is because we use the newest design software and manufacturing processes, along with our latest dental-grade materials, to provide the best possible result with improved strength and durability.
We understand that this may not have been the result you were hoping for and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

As a returning customer I was able to order another arch without taking an impression.

Easy straightforward process
Really easy process from start to finish and everything was straightforward. I’m still getting used to wearing my Instasmile veneers, but so far I’m really pleased with how they look. Hopefully they’ll feel even more natural once I’ve worn them a little longer. 😊

They actually work
The fact that the dentures actually work is phenomenal, for the first 2 days there was a slight bit of pain around the gum line but after my gums moved a little it fits like a ......well a perfectly made set of dentures, great product. Can't recommend them enough. If you want to smile again. Put faith in instasmile.
