Poor communication! I have tried contacting Instashot regarding an order for a Nikon Z6 but no response and no camera.
Still waiting.

Delivered on time and within time frame. Not tried the camera but all looks in order. Queried the warranty and received a quick response, so far so good. Thank you Instashot.

Item was at a great price. delivery was quick and arrived on time with constant updates and tracking available. Item was in great condition upon arrival and well packaged.

Highly competitive pricing and takes away any anxiety from the purchasing process. Deliver speed is exceptional as is the ability to track the delivery from the outset.

Yes I would certainly use Instashot again and in fact I have now ordered my second item, a lens. They were extremely prompt and efficient and I received my initial camera, in France, only 4 days later.

Fast delivery of excellent product, would buy again

Delivery tracking stated delivery on Thursday before 18.00 hrs.
but didn't receive goods until Friday !
Guess that's a problem with Fed Ex or their agents.
Otherwise buying experience OK.

Ordered Thursday night camera turned up Monday morning. No problems.

Price for what I purchased was almost too good to be true... and when I saw it was being dispatched from Hong Kong I thought uh oh! But I needn’t have worried, ordered Tuesday evening, dispatched Wednesday UPS tracking, delivered Friday morning to me in the UK.
Great price, great service... would recommend.

Easy to use website. Very fast delivery and the new lens arrived in first class condition working perfectly.

Ordered Z7 from Instashot and am very pleased with the service. The price was excellent. If I had any criticism it would be that I placed the order with a company based in London and the camera was dispatched from Kowloon in Hong-Kong. It's not very clear on the website. After a slightly sweaty 2 weeks and pouring over the UPS app, the camera arrived safe and sound. There were no issues registering the camera with Nikon and apart from a EU plug that I had a replacement for all was well with the delivery. Could have been better packed but again no problems.

I was dubious at first but after reading similar reviews decided to try this site out. My Lens arrived on time, well packaged and the real deal with no import fees. Will be using them again in the future for sure.
