I paid £180 for a 15k Challenge

I paid £180 for a 15k Challenge, on the 04/08/2026,
i have been trading now live for 18 days and 15 days consecutively.
The Withdrawel rules state " 2.1. The Client shall become eligible to request a withdrawal after completing fourteen (14) consecutive calendar days of funded trading activity, provided all trading rules and risk management requirements have been fully complied with" after 14 days the The Request Payout button is still not active, i have contacted customer services 3 time and they are still waiting fore admin to review,.
i was hoping to get some of the funds to pay for medical bills but still nothing.
