I love the fact that I have ink whenever I need it, and I find the price very competative. I would have awarded 5 stars, but the website is full of bugs and keeps crashing when I am trying to access... See more

I think the getting ink / paper delivered when you need it is great however HP ink's customer service is appalling. The 3 times I'd had to 'try' and reach out for support I've been left feeling more frustrated.
I need help please - I cancelled my free paper trial while I was still in the trial month. However it has now started charging me for another month? I subscribed to the instant paper on the 23rd Feb, it says your trial begins when your paper arrives. My paper arrived on the 2nd March. I cancelled the subscription on the 22nd March. While I was still in the 1 month trial period.
I tried reaching out to HP support on WhatsApp message just to be told they can't help. They sent me a link to follow which doesn't work. Comes up with 'Unexpected Error'. When I replied to my WhatsApp message about this it asked for my name as if I wasn't already in a conversation. Can someone please look into this for me. Thanks!!

I did not receive the delivery, so I decided to cancel my standing order and just buy ink when needed. The website and 'chat' are impenetrably obstructive or unhelpful when you try to cancel the order, but they happily take the money.

I've been a HP Instant Ink user for quite a while now, and recently had to replace a printer. I used the HP Smart software to register the new printer and deregister the old one. I was then prompted to switch my existing HP Instant Ink account over to the new printer which I did. Now here's my issue, HP give you three months to use up the ink that came with the new printer, and after that they charge you, even if you're still on the same ink you bought with the printer. I don't think that's good. I feel they should be charging from when I put the instant ink cartridges in. In future if I buy another HP printer, I'll cancel the HP Instant Ink until I need to replace the cartidges.
Have just seen the reply from HP...tried that and had zero help.

If I could I would give this company a minus score i most definitely would. After paying 6.99 a month for a year and just receiving one set of new cartridges I decided it was not working out economical, so I decided to cancell my subscription to this service. AT NO POINT, and I
spoke to a few representatives when chasing up the quality of my printing and lack of ink supply was I told if I cancelled I would not be able to use the ink provided as they block it's use. Surely this should not be allowed as I have PAID for this product and its MY property? I will be seeking advice as I have two unopened cartridges I am unable to use. If anyone is considering this product remember once subscription is cancelled they block use. While never purchase another product from this company

My printer had an issue with connecting to the instant ink service. The printer continued to print in this mode for a few days but eventually quit printing. The HP support is incompetent and they could not "free up" my printer to print again. They suggested I cancel the service and then I could print for 20 days and then would have to replace the ink cartridges. This did not work. Just know that if your printer ever has issues connecting to their service and this can't be remedied then you may have to buy a new printer. Their support will not help you. They are terrible.

I bought a new HP printer in 2020 and subscribed for Instant Ink. I have paid approximately $576 over six years for the service. During that time, I have only received two sets (including a set received this week) of cartridges and a single black cartridge. I recently discovered that I could have bought the same ink on Amazon for less than $200. I decided to cancel my subscription. Just to add insult to injury, upon cancelation, I was informed that the "subscription" cartridges received through Instant Ink cease to work when the subscription is canceled. I suppose that I'll just have to pitch the new set of cartridges.

Fed up with the printer keep losing internet connection, spent most of the day trying to sort the bloody thing out without success, almost ready to put a hammer to it !!

Connecting to wifi with their printers is impossible and they offer no support. And by 'no support' I mean that they have a phone number that you can call after spending endless hours with their looping online chat and automated assistant. OK now I'd like to spend another 2 hours on the phone with HP helping them work out their faulty connectivity issues? No thanks.

I started with HP instant ink program in 2018. I use to pay $1.99 for 50 pages. Then the price went up to $2.99, and price kept rising till now and its $5.49. At this price, you are actually spending more money than buying the ink. This program is not worth it. I am canceling.

Program and printer are a complete joke. They lock you into their ink orders (non-HP don't work) and send you more than you need to justify their charges. Then they add paper and Fed Ex 100 pages - like buying paper is tough?!? My printer rarely works - colors are off and I waste more paper due to bad ink than they send me. Stay away from this program.

The plan suits my home use for printing at a reasonable cost. I usually manage to keep within the 50 prints per month and know that new cartridges will be sent when needed.

I cancelled the subscription, when you look at my dashboard I have no printer, bills, etc. everything is empty but they still take money from my account. I tried to raise a query but they gave me a number for my query and then promptly cancelled it the next day. I have tried phoning, using the chat assistant etc. nothing deals with this issue.

AI support is very poor. You go through lengthy procedures to get logged in, then it goes quiet, then apologies for not answering, then says I haven't answered them and closes the conversation.
I dispute 22 and 33 pages being printed on my account on 2 different days in March. I should be able to check on a daily basis what my use is or even better sent alerts about my usage.

I signed up for Ink as part of a Six Months trial deal on the purchase of a HP printer. Yet, even though it states quite clearly on my account that my subscription should not start until September, I have been charged today.
Therefore, I began a request for a refund. On being directed to their contact pages, I found that all three methods were unavailable.
Like so many other companies that operate or sell via the internet 'Ink' and 'HP' generally, are happy to take your money but reluctant to offer after sales service. Always making it a cumbersome process.
Generally poor customer service provided.

Rubbish service you are better off to buy normal cartidges.
My cartreges are almost full, barely use a page now and them, pay monthly and when I do need to print something is so faded you can barely see it. And of corse I couldn't get into contact with anyone about it

The technical part of keeping me with printing ink is excellent.
