I signed up on October 30 and then our Shopify store was randomly hacked on October 31. I have been dealing with so much with getting the store back and active. We did not use the Services. I then saw I have been charged for two months of services that had not been used due to the store being down one day after making purchase with this company, what I don’t know is if me connecting the store had any thing to do with the hack, but with my uncertainties and the store not even operating at the time I reached out as soon as I saw the charges on December 30. I asked for a refund because they charged on December 30 and requested that they offer a cancellation and I told them about what occurred with the store after connecting my store to their integration. No one responded for an entire month. I wrote over five emails still no response. I tried some new additional emails and finally got hold of someone at the end ofJanuary. I requested the same thing a return of the charges. I explained the website being hacked. It still took much time. I still did not get a response and then today I got a reply stating that they refunded for January only I reached out to them in December and explain my situation so I had hoped they’d be understanding being as though I came to them versus going to our legal team working on the hack or our bank for them being unresponsive. I felt like they’re response was uncivil and they held no accountability for the late response today I am still working to at least get December charge refunded because I did contact them in enough time for them to reverse the charge.

From my experience, I would not work with them again, and I don’t see where they were of much assistance for my business that we had to rebuild and reopen one month ago. They also have no reviews that I can clearly see about their service. What should have made me weary from the beginning - lesson learned.
