A very easy experience to set up. The gentleman we ordered from , Pius, was extremely helpful setting up and very professional. He is an excellent example of knowledge and understanding customer care. The engineers, Richard and co were outstanding! (Even took a call on his way home).

What a fantastic experience Iv had with James at install pros, first contact was a Monday and my new starlink system was installed by 12 on Thursday the same week, James is a fantastic and knowledgeable case handler for identifying my network issues. I had no copper line and no fibre to my property. The starlink solution is such a good idea and value for money, James even arranged for the install engineer to assist and set up my devices within the property. Very impressed with James and his supportive approach, if you want or have a need for Starlink don’t waste time with anyone else use install pros, they are above all very professional and deliver a 5 stars thank service.

Excellent company who were so professional and helpful. The Starlink install has made a fantastic difference to our Wi-Fi. We have a speed of at least 20 times what we were getting before. Installation was straightforward and made things so easy for us.

The engineers arrived on time and were friendly and very helpful from the start. The installation wasn't straightforward and they made every effort to investigate the various options explaining their decision before completing the task. They went beyond what we expected. Professional installation support
Fitted Starlink to a bungalow in a small rural village. Despite journeying from Stockport, a journey of over 100 miles, they arrived on time. The installers were friendly, efficient and very professional. There was no mess left and the installation was fully tested. They made sure that we understood and could use the technology before they left. Although Starlink can be fitted by the individual purchaser, employing professionals gives peace of mind and in this case ensured a top quality job.
