Jason and Joe who carried out the work need a special mention for being so smart, efficient and personable. Also their patience in taking me through the app and account set up. Our WiFi download speed of 15 has been increased twenty fold. Absolutely delighted.

Lex was amazing he arrived at 1pm and left just after 8pm yes 8pm the install was a complete success it just took time to complete mainly the internal works, he apologised for the late hour of finishing that didn't bother me a great chap who was determined to complete his job something you don't see a lot of these days.

I had nervously been delaying enquiring about Starlink for my remote house for sometime but that was immediately dispelled when I spoke to Nathan. He had a terrific attitude and was so informative and knowledgable. Spoke really plain English on the technical stuff and explained the exact process of installation and set up. Already confirmed and booking in within the next few days. Brilliant service.

The engineer did not turn up and I kept asking his eta and know one got back to me so I waited in and waited in and waited. Eventually the engineer phoned me and apologised. We are going to have to rearrange.

I was so happy to find an alternative…
I was so happy to find an alternative internet provider to my previous, that offered significantly faster broadband and even more so when they booked me in for just before Christmas for installation... my old provider switched me off the night before but then about 20 minutes before the engineer was meant to arrive, I had a call telling me that there had been a mix up and that the very soonest I would have my internet installed was in a further 2-3 weeks time! ! GROAN. They kindly offered not to charge me for the first month.

Customer service amazing 10/10
Customer service is usually awful these days. So I was dreading starting the starlink installation process. However this has been the most positive customer service experience I’ve ever had. I cannot believe how helpful, kind and patient Nathan has been. I am so un-technical I was dreading installing Starlink but Nathan has been a godsend. If I could send him a Christmas card and invite him for lunch I would.
The fact that help is available 24hrs is fantastic. I’m typing this at 9.30pm having successfully linked up both my tvs. Everyone at Install Pros also calls you back exactly when they say they will. Any delays in call backs are explained over watts app. All messages are chatty and use normal English (no tech jargon). It is so nice knowing if anything goes wrong I know where to turn. I really cant recommend them enough. Nathan is 10/10!
Lex who originally set me up was also super lovely and helpful. As were the ladies I’ve spoken to setting up appts etc. It has been a pleasure dealing with every single person in this company.
