From the initial meeting to the job being completed he remained a true professional
with a kind, honest, polite, and friendly manner. He helped alleviate some stresses, talking me through the whole process, explained what he would be doing and suggested any additional works that would need to be carried out.  You can tell by his nature he is an honest hardworking man, who made you feel at ease with him around. There was no pressure selling or outrageous charges.

He takes pride in his work through his attention to detail, and if you’re not happy with something he’ll change it.
He was always very punctual and arrived when he said he would. Rich, would make sure that nothing was left lying around, swept, and vacuumed up after himself.
Again, I can not sing Rich’s praises high enough.  If you are looking for high quality craftmanship with excellent service to match, then look no further.
