Instalift changed its name as were lots of bad reviews now it’s calling itself tonee to the correct that but it’s still same a name change dies t alter its commitment to its customers you order things and they take forever to come they don’t acknowledge emails you ask for refund but they ignore you run out of stock don’t notify you and your left wondering if it will ever arrive if things don’t change changing your name isn’t going to work to get a good reputation unfortunately! When the service is still bad and you don’t care about your customers
What a con asked for free tub of cream…
What a con asked for free tub of cream received that and pump action container of cream and charged £100 had to cancel and have new card decided to try it pump container was nearly all the mechanism weeks worth of cream which didn't work don't buy this product waist of money and can't get a refund trading standards ought to get involved
A scam
A scam. They continue to take £99.99 from your card whenever it pleases them, they don't even send you any goods. Emails (I sent 50+) are ignored, phone number just rings out. This is a scam and is disgusting
This is a total scam
This is a total scam. Do not order from this company. They will take at least a further £99 pounds off you. This should be illegal but it isn’t so the banks will not support any claim.
Scam-Instalfit-Ketoslim-Instacleanse
Scam - My mum also caught out with this. £6.95 initially taken ketoslimline followed by an attempt same day by Instalift to take £48.97 but Nationwide refused to pay it. They sent her a letter 'Declined due to suspected fraud' but she didn't realise it was connected. They then took two payments for £99.99 each marked Instacleansetoday. She had to cancel the card.
Avoid like the plaque
Avoid like the plaque! Absolute con merchants. Again took £99.99 from my card without any authorisation. I have emailed and phoned this company but no response. As a result I have cancelled my card and have asked my credit card company to raise a dispute against the £99.99 charge on my credit card.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!
This company is still taking money from my account. They use a slightly different name to by-pass the block, so now cancelled the card completely. Despicable company, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. They take your money, you can't contact them and even though I reported them to the police, I was told there was not enough information for them to proceed with a charge.
ME TOO, update
The goods I returned (see previous TrustPilot post) has been returned. Any address you find is bogus. I managed to get the Bank to block payments and refund my money depending on outcome of investigation. Instalift and Instacleanse and their other companies will need to prove that I agreed to subscribe. It is a lengthy process but you need to persevere otherwise they will continue to take money from your account. Apparently this is nothing to do with Dragon's Den. I attempted to report it to the Fraud Squad on line but was unable to find a link. Importantly you need to stop your bank making payments on a permanent basis. Subsequent to my first call to the bank there was another attempt to take £99.
Do not waste time trying to contact the supplier - you will not find them.
I have had the same issue, not happy
I have had the same issue, I brought something for £6.99 and now they have taken £99 from my account, I have tried to email them but no response. What a scam that they can take money out of peoples account without any authoisation.
Instalift please contact me to explain how this can happen, thank you
I wish I had read these reviews before…
I wish I had read these reviews before I sent for the so called ‘free’ cream
Like others I have paid £99 for two pots of cream, but at NO STAGE did I request a regular delivery of this crappy cream.
The pots of cream arrive monthly and are returned with a letter requesting cancellation of the product
Again like others, my card provider has blocked payments to them. I have emailed and write letters in the returned pots but to no avail!!
If anyone has found a way to put a stop to these deliveries I would love to hear about it. I have toyed with the idea of contacting Trading Standards. Had anyone else gone down that route.
I may even contact the makers of Dragons Den to lodge a complaint.
Good luck to you all in getting rid if these awful people.
Fraudulent Dealings
Under no circumstances deal with these companies.I like most of the other reviewers sent for a free sample of face cream just pay 6.95 postage. The first thing was the delivery of face cream then a few days later she lined them another delivery of eyelash enhancer. My Capital one statement then came showing that 6.95 had been taken followed by 99.99 then 48.97 then 30.38.all reported by me to capital one immediately who are hopefully now trying to reclaim these famous from the merchants involved ie=Instaliftingnow ./ Installing / and Livinghealthonline.com.DO NOT use these companies at this time as they are all as used of devious if not fraudulent dealings
Instalift is a complete con and should…
Instalift is a complete con and should be stopped. They advertise that dragons of dragons den backed them they should be ashamed of themselves and put out a public statement of apology.
They keep send me goods I haven’t ordered and charging what ever they like for them by taking the money From my credit card
This is theft
This is theft - 2 payments taken when I was supposed to pay postage and a small amount for a sample. They should be stopped.
SCAM
SCAM. Taken £100 out of my Bank account today. How is this company still getting away doing this??? Anyone had their money back?
If I could give these no stars I would…
If I could give these no stars I would ordered to Creams at £10.50 for the two two then found out when I got my bank statement they taken £138 88 pence. Without my authorisation trying to get money back all I can say is what B they are please excuse my language but it's not like if we have that kind of money spare
The scam seems to have moved up a gear…
The scam seems to have moved up a gear - they tried to take £99.99 from my credit card account, which was refused, then contacted me pretending to be from my card company to discuss it. Luckily my wife was more awake than me and got me to call the card company myself rather than reply to their mobile number. I later discovered that they had taken £6.95 from my card on 24th May even though I’m 99% certain I did not order anything - I had never heard of the company until reading all these reviews just now. Luckily my card company (Tesco bank) were very efficient - not only did they block the suspicious transaction, but they are also replacing my card and say they may be able to refund the £6.95, so I’ve clearly been luckier than some.
This is definitely a scam
This is definitely a scam. The same thing happened to me. They made two attempts to take £99 and £69 from my bank account. My bank did not pay it.
They blocked my card and reissued a new one so hopefully this should be the end of it. If you have purchased the so-called trial offer, you should contact your bank immediately and ask them to stop any future payments from this company as it is a scam as they have NO contact details and let them know that you did not sign up for any future subscriptions and it is illegal. The bank can look into this for you but for now CANCEL your bank card. The only details I managed to find for this company was from the Companies House website where you can find the owner/director of Instalift who happens to be a 'lift' engineer. You may able to take things further with his details.
WHY is this Diabolical Company, still getting away with this Scam????
WHY, WHY WHY.... is this Company still getting away, with removing money from our accounts???
Yesterday, they attempted to remove another £100 from my account.
Trading Standards don’t care, Citizens Advise not interested. Banks Building Societies, don’t make it easy to get refund.
Please tell everyone you know it’s a scam, via social media.
THIS IS A SCAM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THIS IS A SCAM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I ordered a sample for £6.95, checked band and they have taken £200.00 out! Total low lives!!!!
The cream is crap as well!!!!!!!
I have just received my credit card…
I have just received my credit card statement and this company has taken £99.99 for something I did not order and to-date have not received. I ordered the small trial size for £3.99 which finished up as £6.99 but never anything else. I have now read the other reviews and will contact the bank to stop any other money going out but how can I get back the £99.99. I am 72 years old and I bought the trial size for my daughter to give to her when I can get to see her in the present situation with no unnecessary public transport. What a mess.
