Started on £35 per month for internet and am now being charged £86. This month, they even took payment four times.
I have been calling for weeks with no reply. They just ask for you to leave your details and say someone will get back to you They never do. Avoid this company. They literally take your money, vanish and then double the bill.

If there was a negative star I would take that. Seriously avoid like the plague, horrendous company, with no communication skills whatsoever.

What an absolute joke of a company, they have been charging me sometimes 3-4 times a month for the same invoice. Nobody returns your calls and I am now £600 out of pocket in overcharges, which they say they will issue credit for however they do not. Tried Ombudsmen, Cisas and Citizens advice but they can not help. Please advise who can.
Company also known as Speedy telecom, Instant business communications and Instacomms, all cowboys. Its theft and I cant do anything about it.
overpromised from the beginning. We stuck with it for 2 years but i found Philipa incredibly frustrating, the son and owner James is a nightmare in every sense of the word. Craig in technical support never returns calls. We moved providers to HI HI and continued to pay the direct debit, instacomms cancelled the broadband immediately after the numbers had been taken over leaving our ecommerce business in shock.
We paid the early termination fee of around £4K and were still receiving invoices every month. I reply every month asking them to remove our details, obviously no one reply....
Worst company I have ever dealt with.
Added equipment and services not received or asked for onto invoices.
I have queried invoice but I have not received any response.
2 months now from first request and still no response.
Do not even bother calling as you get put to voicemail and no one every responds.
I have been emailing instacomms since May 2022 to explain a sudden increase in my bill but to date (6 Mar 2023) zero response. Further, I have been begging them to end my contract for over 10 months and still no response from them. Can anyone help me to end this contract because the Ombudsman nor Citizen's Advice Bureau deal with this.

Don't use them, one of my clients came to be because they had no internet and could not get hold of this company, I have ported all the clients services in order to resolve the problem.
I would avoid at all costs. No internet, no telephone for over 3 weeks. The support technician speaks aggressively and when I asked him to lower his voice, he hung up. Subsequently, unable to contact the company by telephone or email. No response. Website is down. They changed names previously from Unite. Would not be surprised if they have gone out of business.
*Following this review earlier today this unprofessional outfit have just left a FAKE review on my Yell Business account. Classy. Overcharging me since June 22, brought to their attention nothing resolved so I resolved, now having the displeasure of dealing with an extremely arrogant 'Charlie' in more ways than one. Not sure they're appreciating the same run around they gave me.. only 10 months to go..

Update 14/11/22 - managed to contact company although it does not help. Their service is terrible. Our internet went down on 9th Nov only to be told we were one of a number of people. On 10th we were told everyone else up, but ours was still down.
On11th and engineer came out and checked the line, no problems. Line and modem / router working fine. Problem on supplier side.
Supplier then informed me that they were not going to communicate with me anymore until an engineer had visited. They would let me know.
14/11 no engineer but they would send another router out 4-5 days ???
This company should be avoided at all costs. Even their website returns an error and companies House reports do not show favourable ?
Will make mistakes that cost you money and not offer to resolve this for you.
