I was very ignorant about crypto. I have tried 6 different crypto exchanges....their customer service was bad to off the chart terrible. Instacoins's customer service is absolutely fantastic. I have gone from ignorant to novice thanks to their patient help.

Takes to long
Takes to long. I sent $80 to a broker and it is 1.5 hours later and I still don’t have my funds. No one has 2 hours to sit and watch for their BTC to show up. It’s a waste of time and I am wondering what they are doing with my money.

i invested over 1200 dollars thru 24instacoins and it grew to a reported 42000 dollars over time. i was informed that i needed to send them 6500 dollars to continue trading. i couldn't withdraw any of MY MONEY. and i couldn't trade until i paid them 6500 dollars. PLEASE PLEASE don't make my mistakes. Do Not Give them a DIME of your money or you will be very very sorry.

Useless service. Go through all the steps of the registration process. Including personal information and private information like income and expenses. They don't tell you why or give you a chance to understand how they feel you deserve to be suspended. DO NOT USE THIS USELESS COMPANY!
