Received my shoes in a timely manner, and I love my shoes. Then I confused this company with another company that I thought was trying to rip me off. I told inspire uplift that I never ordered these shoes and insisted on a refund. They told me the shoes were delivered and I told them they never were. After I threatened to dispute the charge they refunded my money. only then did I realize who they were and I apologized and offered to pay them, but they told me I couldn’t because they had already refunded my money. They were very nice about it throughout, even though I had been very unpleasant to them.

The charge was more on my credit card and I was concerned. I sent an email to find out why. They were very prompt getting back to me with the reason. It was coming for the U.S, therefore there was exchange. The product is still worth the price. It has been shipped. So far, I’m very happy dealing with this company

A great variety of product and the kind of shoe I was looking for to help me walk better and easy to close with velcro. Can't wait to try these new shoes on.

I had to give ONE star to be able to write the review, but if I had the choice they would've gotten none. Don't waste your time with Inspire Uplift.

When I tried to return the unused packaged shoes I ordered they only offered me &20 out of the 60 $ I originally paid because they couldn't contact the seller. I am left with a payment of $40. They imposed this me the customer.

They tell me changing my mind is not an option. This is an antiquated policy which is unheard of in these days of internet shopping. I will stick to Amazon where it's easy. Never again with Inspire Uplift

I found what I wanted. I ordered 2 and will receive 3 packages.

The crystal cabinet knobs I ordered seem to be very good quality and all 16 arrived in good condition. I was not impressed with the packaging however.

Shipping was a tad slow but no big deal. Item arrived well packaged and worked like a charm! This after I had to return an item to Amazon because it wouldn’t hook up to my PC. Also, great support from Inspire Uplift before I bought the item, to make sure my PC had the proper USB ports. Nice price and sturdy device.
