This is the worst insurance company I've ever come across and I used to work in the insurance field. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. They may be cheap but you will get a cheap and unhelpful service from them. My son had a write off 3 years ago and we still haven't been paid out. We reported them to the Financial Ombudsman who awared us a compensation payment but they're not regulators and cannot force them to pay. They have scrapped the car but still want a V5 from me which I cannot request according to DVLA because the car is not on my driveway. Inspire Claims are completely useless and a disgrace to the industry. Do not use them

Avoid this company at all costs.
My car was stolen from my house in 2020 the company said because i knew who the person who stole my car was they refused to pay. So i asked for my car back that i still legally owned to be told it was “destroyed”. I would have sold the car on in parts because it was a CAT D which i looks up is minimal damage.

Shocking company to deal with my pregnant sister was crashed into in january this year. They have done nothing to help shes had to constantly chase them up as they havent gotten back to her. 4 months later they have turned round and said shell have to claim on her own insurance theres nothing they can do. Disgraceful service avoid at all costs

Awful no communication I have to keep calling. Had accident nearly 4 weeks ago and still not sorted. Been with out a car!!! No courtesy car nothing. Car still not repaired. Shocking they need to be investigated for lack of service. Will not use them again. Been stressful! No one rings back!

I made a claim a year ago. They initially disputed that I had even made a claim despite having a lengthy conversation with one of their claims advisors, and have chased up several times since but still not heard back from them. They may offer cheap insurance but I still expect some basic customer service.

Had a policy with Inspire but they are no longer trading. Luckily I found Nova Insurance as an alternative and they even secured me a cheaper quote

The Young lady i have dealt with has been very helpful and sorted everyone out so all i need to do was Pay

Was very helpfull all through the process of changing from my old insurance broker who wasn't being very forth coming with information Inspire needed to process the new policy.

Find this company excellent in Price and Customer Service. Staff are very polite and efficient, answering any queries promptly in simple terms.

Although it took time for the documents to come through from the Insurance underwriters, Cherie was very efficient in forwarding and making any amendments to the documents quickly.

Becky Mascord has been a massive help to myself and the team working on a large project in Sheffield. Having to achieve many targets with one of our clients, Becky was/is always at hand to give support and guidance to not only achieve our needs but our clients too. Would highly recommend Becky to all customers. Her knowledge is fantastic and nothing is too much to ask. Absolutely fantastic help and I have been lost without her!
