We were so grateful for Gareth and his team for helping us at a very difficult time. Nothing was to much trouble, the instalation of our kitchen was perfect down to the very last clean up. Everything we wanted was done. And more. Prompt, clean, informative, polite, and they worked all the time they were here. Fully prepared for the job in hand. I can without hesitation highly recommend this company.

My mother was having a new bathroom fitted and my plumber recommended Inspired bathrooms . I went to the showroom and was very impressed with the quality and variety of Stock .Mark was aware of what I needed as he had been in contact with the plumber. He offered great advise and made the whole experience stress free . When the work commenced he delivered everything to the property and the works were carried out on time . Gareth and the team at Inspired Interiors provided a high quality kitchen to us - which was competitively priced. We were insulted by what Howdens quoted us, as they were clearly trying to rip us off, but the quote we received from Gareth was reasonable.

The actual quality of the kitchen seemed to be higher compared to what we viewed at Howdens. We are delighted with the style, colour and quality of the wood, as well as the layout designed by Gareth’s team.

There were a couple of unforeseen delays on custom parts being delivered and fitted, but Gareth kept us posted and, in the end, we got our dream kitchen.

I would strongly recommend Inspired Interiors to anyone looking for a high quality new kitchen.

I've no written a review before but felt we should as the experience throughout has been excellent and couldn't recommend Mark or Jamie highly enough.
We have never had extensive work done before but wanted to "go local" and have been fortunate enough to have had support from Jamie (Macaw Bathrooms) in the past, he recommended Mark so we had a call and went up to the showroom. Mark was just brilliant polite and professional (even with our little girl running around the showroom!!) he helped us choose the bathroom equipment and gave us ideas as we went along.
Once we had the order ready Jamie then picked up the materials and started on the agreed date (he also previously come along to measure up beforehand checking the order was suitable.) Jamie was fantastic as we had to have the walls removed (because of the cowboy beforehand -had major damp issues) he went out of his way to get the materials to install a new wall and even a door for us. As a result of his hard work (along with the plaster he uses and the youngster Sonny) we now have a wonderful new shower/bathroom, we can't thank you all enough and couldn't recommend you guys any higher. If anyone wants bathrooms/Kitchens fitted then this would be my first port of call. We look forward to having more work done with these guys in the near future.

Just used Inspired Bathrooms to install complete bathroom for my elderly mum. Mark was very helpful in designing the bathroom and Guy Delany Home Improvements fitted it to a very high standard. Both very professional and considerate in their work and would highly recommend.

We had our kitchen fitter organised prior to choosing a kitchen (he had also fitted our bathroom so we knew we wanted him to fit our kitchen) and he suggested Inspired Bathrooms and Interiors to us and I am so glad he did!

Gareth and Abby were so helpful and full of advice from the first meeting and Abby really listened to what we wanted, considered our budget and designed a kitchen we absolutely love and that works in a busy family home.

The whole process from design through to delivery was easy and we were kept fully informed about everything all the way through. Through no fault of theirs a few doors were delivered scratched and Gareth immediately organised replacement doors and arranged for these to be fitted at our convenience and followed up that we were happy with the replacement doors and work undertaken.

The extra time and consideration shown to their customers really does make a difference to the whole process of designing and buying a new kitchen and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Mark, Gareth and their team were all brilliant.
Mark gave us good advice and helped us with kitting out our ensuite. He and Gareth helped my husband to get the large shower screen in place, which was very much appreciated.
The quality of all the sanitary ware, units, etc is great. All worth the money and great value.

After searching around for some time looking for a bathroom suite becoming very despondent, I then saw Inspired Bathrooms via their website. Contacted Mark, who arranged an appointment at his showroom, best step that I could have taken. I now have a beautifully fitted bathroom. Mark sorted all the units and accessories after consultation with me. I found him to be very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I would thoroughly recommend Inspired Bathrooms.

Poorly run company. Apauling treatment of customers and staff.

One member of staff left a week after I started, and he told me the reason he was leaving was because he was being bullied by the project manager and made to use his own personal car fuel to drive to jobs when everyone else was in company vans.

They overpromise and underdeliver. The only thing keeping this business going is the plumber Simon, he does outstanding work and is the only person who deserves any credit.

Very clicky family business where your made to feel like an outsider.

Empty promises that you will be trained up in how to do bathroom installs and then treated like a labourer and once they have used you to carry out the work they terminate your employment after offering a full time permenant contract.

I was asked to lie to customers daily. And if you make any mistake you get sworn and shouted abuse at by the project manager. The only positive feedback they get is from friends and family.

who installs wall panelling and units into a new bathroom.... and then plasters walls afterwards?

I've been working with bathroom installers for nearly 10 years and NEVER seen anyone do that.

In my 9 weeks working for this company I went to many of their jobs and had conversations with Customers who would constantly express their concerns as to why the job was overunning by so long and why we would only work a few hours and not full days. Many times customers also expressed their dissatisfaction at being promised a top notch service which they never actually received.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Recommended by the kitchen fitter, Mark from Inspired Bathrooms was great to work with. Responsive to my ideas his expertise ensured that my small kitchen was transformed. I love it. Mark made the whole process easy from start to finish. Clear communications via email and phone kept plans on track and he was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Mark and Inspired Bathrooms to all.

The whole process was smooth and streamlined. Mark and our fitter Jamie were there every step of the way to help and guide us taking into account our specific needs.

Jamie was efficient and completed the work to a high standard, the quality of the fixtures and fittings are also to a high standard.

We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them and using them again.

Really pleased with our finished bathroom. High quality. Inspired Bathrooms helped us in our selection of products and finishes, were flexible in approach, and worked tidily.

Following a water leak in my shower room, which did damage to tiles and floor, I called Mark.
Gareth came and did a home visit to assess the damage and also came up with some great ideas to improve and update the whole room. I knew then that I didn't want any other company to do the job.
The whole team are excellent. They are friendly, polite and dedicated. I was updated if they were going to be a bit later than expected and was kept informed every inch of the way.
Nothing was too much trouble, Mark and Gareth ensured that the whole job progressed smoothly and to my satisfaction.
I have already recommended them to other people and am really happy that my shower room is transformed. I cannot thank the whole team enough.

We used Inspired Bathrooms on a supply only basis but we found Mark to be friendly, helpful and patient with an excellent knowledge of a huge variety of products and manufacturers. He was prompt to respond to any emails we sent and always answered our questions quickly. The service was second to none and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends and family in the future. From start to finish Inspired Bathrooms have been amazing. Nothing is too much trouble, they listen and work with you to get the bathroom you really want and keep on top of the project throughout installation to make sure everything is going well. If anything isn't quite right they make sure it is resolved quickly without fuss. Their team is professional, diligent and produces a high quality of workmanship. I'm so pleased with our new bathroom and highly recommend them.

Supply and Install of 2 new bathrooms.
We recently used Mark and Gareth for the supply and install for 2 bathrooms, and couldn’t be happier with the service, products and quality of the work carried out.
From our first enquiry to the last day of the install, communication was excellent and we were talked through the various options and different products to suit our style and budget. Plenty of choice to suit every taste and budget.
Their advice on what would and wouldn’t work, and suggestions on style was invaluable.
Even when we changed our ideas, nothing was too much trouble for Mark and Gareth.
The products we bought were of excellent quality.
And, the install could not have gone better – Gareth and his team were great to have in our home working on the bathrooms and, most importantly, the quality of the install and finish is excellent. The daily clean-up by them was just an added bonus!
Definitely a 5-star rating, we will use again, and highly recommend.
