They are great at what they do; if you are consistent in listening and doing affirmations along with it. . .you will achieve what is stated. Think of it as extra motivation.

Inspire3 products are cool. They’re good if you want to improve your mindset. I also find some of there products therapeutic good for mental health. The audios are an amazing tool to use in day to day activities. Also their customer service support is awesome they show that they care about their customers.
